What is care really? Day 340

Continuing with the Question Who is Responsible for our Children's Education?

 

When going through the news headlines and seeing the craziness humanity is suffering from, it is clear that Real Care does not exists in this world. One can blame the world system, the education system, the neighbours, the living conditions, you name it; however, if we look in self honesty, we would see that we were the ones who created the system that allows such madness; we would start seeing our responsibility from the perspective that what ever we now see accelerating around the world, is the exact duplicate of the nastiness, madness and evilness that exists in our minds. For more context, I suggest reading Why Changing the World start with Self - Day 311 and Facing the Evil within - the KEY to Self Awareness - Day 188.

 

Now, if we look back at the original question: Who is Responsible for our Children's Education? it is safe to say that if Real Care for one's children was existing, us, as Parents in this world, would have make sure that our children would be and become the best they could be within a very specific guideline of:

- Give as you would like to receive.

- Do unto another as you would like to be done unto you.

Making sure that our Children would be the best they can be within these above guidelines, would have resulted with a world that is best for all where Madness and Craziness would be non existent; where Poverty and Crime would no longer exists; War and Abuse would be something that we couldn't even grasp to be existing in our harmonized world. Which by the way, if we look at the word: 'Harmony' we would find 2 fascinating things within the sounding of the word:

1. Harmony - No Harm ->When Harmony is truly applied, there is no Harm.

2. Harm Money -> Money is the Root of all Harm isn't it?

 

HOWEVER - we cannot do it unless we understand what Real Care Imply; what Give as you would like to receive and Do unto another as you would like to be done unto you, is practically implies on a Best For all application and consideration; we cannot do it unless we understand our own Mind, our own Programming, our own reactions, thoughts, and automated behaviours and unless we walk our own process of Rebirthing ourselves as Life that is honourable, we would pass on to our children, our own generational sins without even realizing that we do so.

 

So here is to remind ourselves that there is no one to blame, not even ourselves and from here, all we have to do is to move directly to the Correction that is required to stop repeating the same generational patterns that had led us to create a world of Madness in its absolute glorification.

The Wakening of the Beast - Day 329

This an expansion of my Previous blog: The Devolution Process of the Education System - Day 328:

Since I've written my blog and opened up the Memories that came up with regards to my Journey within the Education system, a Fascinating point emerged while me and a few other beings were talking about the Division of Religion and Politics which I have no Previous knowledge about.

When a being shared his perspective about it, I felt extreme discomfort within my human physical body, I experienced slight anxiety and I became impatient and all I could think about was how to dismiss myself politely from this discussion. I started justifying to myself why I cannot participate with it at that moment through thinking that it was a waste of time because I first have to do my research and only then, I can participate in the discussion. Ok, so that was the pattern and the repeating thought patterns that I have participated with throughout my life where I went into this mode of self pity, self victimization and compromise when and as I was part of a discussion on a topic I have no previous knowledge and information about.

What was cool today when I spoke the words: "I will read about it later", a red flag was flashing inside me; a red flag that I've placed yesterday for myself for moments where I see myself accessing the pattern; a Red flag that contain a specific instructions of how to assist and support myself to correct the pattern when and as I see myself accessing it. So I stopped and I shared with the beings that were part of the discussion that I've almost missed a window of opportunity to expand myself and I asked them to repeat the points they shared before because I didn't hear them as I was too busy in my mind.
And thus, in that moment, I corrected the point through allowing myself to Hear and be Here when another is sharing a perspective on a point I had no previous knowledge and information about and through doing so, I could literally expand my horizon, learn new things. I saw that the Investigating the Division between Religion and Politics it is relevant to where I am within my process and thus, I will myself to investigate and research the point thoroughly as a part of my re-education Process I am committed to.

Thus, here is another example that validate Noam Chomsky statement I've opened in my previous blog with:

The Current Educational system does not guide/show/teach the students to investigate our internal reality when patterns and thoughts processes are triggered from our external reality as I've shown in the example above. Quite to the contrary-  the Education system was designed to motivate the Humans to become numb and silent beasts and as such Ineffective human beings within the world system as a whole that would never challenge the system so that things can continue as they are while the Elite of the Elite will remain as the upper hand of control over the beasts/People. 
That means that if we do not have the basic tools to investigate our own internal reactions and as such, blindly accept our own limitations that we have created and defined ourselves as, there is no way we would challenge the System Externally which is Exactly what the Elite of this world always wanted.

Emerson once said something about how we're educating them to keep them from our throats. When reading this lines, one with a university degree and Diplomas hanging on the wall may react in Resistance and Objection. I would have reacted if I had read these lines a decade ago when I still believed in the Education System as a system that Empower and Improve the Humans. I would have taken it Personally because as far as I was concerned, I was a superior human being because I've graduated with success and I Own 2 University Degrees: L.L.B in Law and B.A in Business and Risk Management. I would have reacted despite of being able to see, at some point during my Collage years, the truth in this statement even though I have made the decision to Ignore it back then, lower myself down and submit to the system without questioning any of it. So I understand if you are reacting to Chomsky's statement and yet, I encourage you to keep reading this blog and the blog to come as I will be sharing my own process in the Education System and the things that I've realized for myself not to long ago.

 

The reason why I highlighted the word 'Own' is because it is what it is. Money was Paid for my Education and lots of it; Money is the only reason for why I have these Degrees. I've realized as a student that one does not have to make any effort within the current education system to get a degree if one has the Money and Time to walk through the necessary assignments and exams to be able to graduate and receive an Official diploma. One's Life Skills and Reasoning thinking no longer play a role within the current educational system; we have become a copy paste machines with no advance skill to think for ourselves, to develop critical thinking in being able to see a problem and walk immediately the necessary solution that would result with the Best for all outcome. This, I could only start Developing once walking my process with Desteni when I allowed myself to question the System, myself within the system and my past and current acceptances and allowances.

Surprisingly enough, until a moment ago, I Believed that I lost the Value of Education during my Higher Level of Education years but than a memory came up through which I can now see clearly that the Value of Education as a tool to Empower the Human was already Gone during my High School Years. If I look at it now, I could already see the ridiculousness of the Education System but I didn't understand what I was seeing within myself and thus, went into self victimization, compromise and Self Judgement that had led me to Accept myself as unworthy, disempowered and useless which from there, I Gave Up on myself as I  couldn't grasp that I am the Image and Likeness of the System as the System is the Image and Likeness of me. Meaning - what I internalized as my own weakness was the weakness of the system we created but the moment I accepted the Flaws as Me, I couldn't see that I accepted the system as it is and thus, directly responsible and accountable for the Consequences that the Current world system had manifested.

From that perspective, I reacted to what I've seen within myself because obviously, I didn't have the tools of self introspection, investigation through Critical Questioning and thus, I completely limited myself and haven't stood up to correct the Problems that I could see because I made the Problem Personal and Believed the Problem was Me without seeing, realizing and understanding that the Problem isn't me - it is what I accepted and allowed as me that was the Problem.

 

So, after I wrote down the memory for myself, I saw the time line of how I designed, programmed and manifested myself as a being that is Unworthy, disempowered and useless and how I gave up on myself and the consequences thereof. I now see more clearly what Chomsky meant within his words above and the actuality of it within this world system.

 

I will walk up to here for the moment and expand the points in my next blog after I process the memories that came up and how it is related with the point we are busy walking through. So stay tuned.

Capitalism - The Joke is on us - Food Labeling - Day 323

Recently I started walking the Point of Education within the Current Capitalistic System and I started off with showing how we accept and allow the brainwash of ourselves and our children to become a possessed Consumer. Our acceptances and allowances is within the fact that we haven't stood up, investigated the consequences and outflows that emerged with the Consumerism phenomena and within that, the implications, both Physically and Mentally of the individual, when it comes to Marketing and Advertisements of 'Goods' in the various types of the Media channels.

 

Within this blog, I will be focusing on Food Labeling as I saw that it is one of the Concepts the Capitalistic System is meticulously avoiding within what I saw in the Capitalism.org website, questions and answers.

 

The Problem

 

Shouldn’t the government force private businesses to label what is done to food they sell, such as if the food is genetically altered?

In the present “organic” food movement (no “unnatural” chemicals) the organic growers have to lobby the government to define what the term “organic” means (I’ve read of complaints that the government is redefining it to something different from which those who market such foods intended).

However, in most supermarkets if you want “organic” we don’t label all “non-organic” foods as “non-organic”; we simply label the organic foods as “organic”.

This same principles governs the label of other kinds of foods.

The proper response to the genetically altered food issue is not to force anyone to label anything, but for some private label to label their foods “non-genetically altered”, and to define the rules that allow other food companies to use this term (and then to trademark the brand name so the government cannot takeover the term).

This private certification system will satisfy those who only wish to buy “non-genetically altered” foods, without placing a burden on those who wish to sell genetically altered foods. It will be up to the private label company to enforce the use of their “non-genetically altered” label/brand. This is sort of like the “Good Housekeeping” seal.

Those who are concerned about the “genetically-altered” issue can purchase these private label brands — those who don’t think it is a valid issue can purchase everything else (which will more then likely be cheaper). Anyone who sells genetically altered foods will not be able to use the “non-genetically altered” approval logo.

What we do not need, is the situation we have now: where the government decides by initiating force via mandatory labeling — as opposed to having consumers choose.

Again, what was fascinating is the deliberateness of avoiding the Question as the answer Focused on what would be Presented as 'Good' within the Human Consciousness/Mind. In the Question, the Genetic modification of Food labeling was just an example given to clarify the Question. In fact, the Question in itself reveal a concerning point that was obviously not addressed within the answer

 

Food Labeling, if was done correctly within the Principle of What is Best for all, would have consists of all the information required for the individual to make an informative decision regarding the food one feed one's body. However, at the moment, we have NO clue regarding the nutrition we feed our body with, we have NO clue if the information is correct and yet, we believe it is correct because we Trust the Justice System to protect us while forgetting all along the First Amendment of Freedom of Speech where the Corporations protect themselves with because there is no way one could prove the Harm caused to one's health by false labeling of food and without this proof, the Food Labeling, misguided as it can be, is protected by the First Amendment.

 

Those of us who are healthy, do not take into consideration the consequences of False/misguided Food Labeling however for those of us who are dependent on such information, it is a day to day living consequences they have to come to peace with because there is no one in this world system that protect them and take care of them. For instance, one that has Diabetes type 1 and must calculate each and every bite one intake into one's body as this bite will influence the amount of units of Insulin one would have to inject oneself with - when the Food labeling is incorrect or misguided, it can result with a life threatening situation/condition in a matter of no time. Furthermore, the current education system keeps the Humans so limited from the perspective of not teaching and guiding the humans with the necessary life skills that are required to support oneself and one's body and thus, despite of having Food labelling on most products, only a few individuals can actually understand what the information means and how to use the information to be able to support the body with the necessary body's requirement to function in its utmost supportive and effective way.

 

As I was showing in my Blog: The Evolution of the Capitalistic System as a Mirror of the Human Consciousness - Day 312, the tendency of those who in favour of the Capitalistic System is to always shift responsibility. Here we can see it again within the statement:

 

"What we do not need, is the situation we have now: where the government decides by initiating force via mandatory labeling — as opposed to having consumers choose."

Thus here, instead of the Corporation taking responsibility for what they produce and sell, the capitalistic Favourite approach is to shift the responsibility to the Consumer to Choose but the real question is - Choosing from WHAT? how can one make a real Free Choice if one do not have the information or the skills required to make a Free Choice? I mean, it is a simple 1+1 Common Sense Equation and yet, we accept and allow this type of manipulation because we haven't yet developed a reasoning thinking to actually question what the corporation feed us, both literally and as figure of speech.

 

Obviously, there are many Economical reasons for the Corporation to not provide with the correct information and if one investigate, one would see that again, the root/cause/source of the problem is always relates to Money, Profit and Greed on the Expense of the Individual.

 

 

The Solution

 

Informed Decision-Making

"Within Capitalism, the assumption  is made that the consumer always has full knowledge available about the products they can buy - and thus, that they are always able to make informed decisions about the purchases they make - and that this mechanism, therefore - makes it so that only the best quality products are bought and stimulated to be produced, while inferior products will phase out. Obviously - this is currently not the case. The only point that is shared (and not even that comprehensively) is the ingredients. Labeling within Equal Money Capitalism will include not only ingredients, but also how the price was established - who contributed to the production process, what share of the profit goes to these participants - what are the externalities involved in terms of the harm that was caused towards the environment in the form of pollution and what resources were involved to produce the product, etc."

To add - within the Education System we will learn applicable life skills and within that, will understand how to make informative decisions on the individual level of responsibility however, the corporation will be responsible for the release of information required for one to be able to make a responsible and informative Decision.

 

The Reward

 

For myself I have found that specific types of food do not support my physical body and it took me a while to isolate the points to be able  pinpoint which types of food isn't align with my body. With Informative labeling that are specific and detailed, I wouldn't have to walk a period of testing to figure out what is the source of my problems and I'm sure that many could relate to that.

 

With Skills to understand and calculate the ingredients and nutrition, one would be able to assess with great accuracy what would be best for one's body and our life style would change dramatically as so many of us won't walk around with uncomfortable feeling inside our body due to food consumption that was not supportive for our bodies.

Place yourself in the Shoes of Another to Understand the Extent of the Problem - Day 322

This is a continuation to my Previous blog: Are we Really Hearing with Each Other? Day - 321 where I shared the Problems that I've seen within human beings communication and within that, how we are not only Hearing each others as we Hear others through our Personality/Character we believe is ourselves but also, we are not considering the others when we share/speak with them that which is in our minds and in this, what we perceive to be a valid point to share, may lead to consequences and outflows that is out of our ability to direct, assist and support since what we shared, had already birth a dimension/layer within the other being Minds and thus, had created unnecessary friction and conflict within and as themselves. From here, they would have to have to live and face the consequences and thus it would prolong their process of self change because we abdicated our responsibility of walking in the shoes of another when and as we share a point/thought with another through our irresponsible and inconsideration of who the other is in one's totality because we didn't stand as the Directive principle, as the Living Words, as Breath, in a moment of communication with another, as a Pillar of support.

Within this blog, I will take this a step further into the world system so that we can see, realize and understand that the core/source of the world problem exists within and as our self interest human nature that hear ONLY oneself, only what Self wants to hear, will speak what Self wants to Speak and will act according to what Self believe to be valid according to one's Belief system that one had accepted and allowed as oneself. In this, One would never dare to walk in the shoes of another because then one would have to take responsibility and sort out the problem and in that, would force oneself to step out of one's comfort zone.

Observe where you have an interest you want to protect and why you want to protect it and justify your position. For instance – with money – place yourself with little money having to buy food and educate your children, then increase the money and see how your choices change –and then have a lot and see how you change – and then have equal money –enough for all and see why it is you are unable to give to others, yet you want for yourself – why this need to be better exist when it is not based in reality, but rather in an obsession to judge others, in an obsessive idea of inequality that makes you fear others will abuse you if there is equality – then find it in you to correct yourself to transcend the fears that you use to justify inequality –remembering the various conditions you have experienced through your imagination –now you have learned an effective way to use imagination—to understand how others live, without you having to go through it directly –make this experience valuable by changing that within you that cause others to suffer and then you will experience enlightenment and the world will become a better place when you make sure your experience that you integrate of a world where all have enough, becomes the world system in education, economics, education, politics, healthcare –we all have the capacity to teach ourselves –once we have removed our own justifications and fear of others as equals.."  


Fascinating enough, Bernard wrote this statement a few hours after an EQAFE interview was done,
The Crucifixion of Jesus - Part 28, an interview Bernard had no idea of its content, or that it was even done and I personally can confirm it as I was sitting in this interview and neither me or any other of the participants in the room had communicated with Bernard previously to the statement he wrote above.  The Interview was with regards to the Point of Walking in the Shoes of another to understand the extent of the Problem we face within this existent. This absolute alignment  between Bernard and the Dimensions emphasize that this is the point we must consider in our process of change, as the KEY to solve the problems, correct ourselves and this existent as a whole and accordingly, change this world to a world that is Best for all in all ways possible. 

So -
I was looking at my relationship with beggars for instance throughout my life and I found an interesting thing:
As a child, when I saw a beggar on the street, I used to feel discomfort within me,  I felt sorry for them, I could almost place them inside myself and experience what they are experiencing which was not a pleasant experience to say the least. As I grow older, I could less and less relate to these people and in a way, would disregard them when I was walking by them. I had developed a protection mechanism to not experience the experience I experienced as a child when seeing a beggar on the streets. I remember that around the age of 15, there was a big commotion around beggars in the news when an article exposed one  person disguising as a beggar and he used to beg for a living while owning a valuable house and some expensive cars. Some used this person as a scape goat to justify and excuse the invalidity of all beggars and in doing so, created the perceptions that Beggars are not really poor and in poverty but are acting like ones while being wealthy since it is easier to beg for money than making it in a decent job. I must say, I believed them and didn't question it because it was easier and comfortable for me to believe that the beggars I see on the street are not in great misery and suffer. In time, when my own justifications that I justified for myself didn't stand my own reasoning, I alter my justifications and justify it for myself by saying: "oh, don't give them money, they will use it to buy drugs". Within that justification, I made myself righteous and superior as if I know better and in the long run, by not giving them money, I support them.
In a later stage of my life, in the Spirituality phase, I justified the Existent of Beggars with Karma. However, in no point I could or wanted to place myself in the shoes of a Beggar like how I naturally did, as a child. What does it implies then? Am I Evolved or Devolved as I grow up? Unfortunately, I can say for myself that my Awareness has Devolved with no shadow of a doubt and what I could Physically aligned with as a child, as what was Here on a physical level was slowly but surely suppressed and abolish completely as I developed a "close and intimate" relationship with my mind within the belief that my mind is Me - and thus, slowly but surely, I've separated myself from the Physical.

The same principle works with Humanity - we have completely separated ourselves from our Physical alignment, from that which is here, from the Relationships that Life Consists of and Exists as. Each one of us is closed in the cell/chamber of our own mind, disregarding the Physical indications that something isn't right;  so far fetch, to a point of no relationship at all with our own human physical body and therefor, can live in our own deluded world we created in our mind, believing that this is Life, that this is real while reality is ignored and disregarded and that is what is Real. We will justify anything that would compromise our Experiences we create in our mind because we believe it to be real so much that we would not even consider of giving it up, for just a moment, to test other ways of living and co-existing with that which is really physically here.

So, it is not by chance that Desteni from the beginning stated that this process is to Rebirth ourselves from  and as the Physical. It means, to evolve ourselves in alignment to the Physical Reality so that we can directly see what is not right and what needs to be sorted out so that no one would experience on a physical level unnecessary experiences that do not support a Life that is Best/worthy.

We must get to a point where we place ourselves in the shoes of another and align ourselves to their Physical Level Experiences and in that moment we would See what needs to be done to support the being on a physical and mental level.
We cannot continue ignoring the Physical suffering that exists in this world, the suffering that none of us would like to experience for ourselves and yet, we are fine with the fact that others are constantly and continuously experiencing Suffer on a physical level.

So - I suggest listening to the Interview to have another perspective on what does it really mean to walk in the shoes of another and to understand for real the extensiveness of the Problem because unless we truly understand and accept that there is a problem that must be solved, we won't change the face of this world and more and more will continue to suffer because we couldn't Birth ourselves on a physical level to see directly what is here, what needs to be done and actually walk the solution.

Capitalism and Ignorance is Bliss - Consuming Kids - Solutions and Rewards (Part 4) - Day 320

Consumerism is the fear of happinessThis is a continuation to:

In my previous blogs, I was walking through the major problems in having Children as a Target for Advertisement and Marketing of 'Goods' and the Consequences that may emerge, individually and collectively if we accept and allow the continuation of such phenomena within a Profit Driven Capitalistic System as it designed and structured nowadays.
Within this Blog, I will present the Solutions to the Problems after we identified the Source/Core/Root cause of the Problem which is Greed and Desire for Money and thus Control.


Solution:


We have a Conumerised Robots that would automatically and blindly follow the Ads that we are exposed to. Some of us have the Money to pay for such luxuries but the majority of us, can only dream of having the ability of participating in such luxuries and Leisure and within that, develop serious mental disorders such as extensive Imagination that may lead one to extreme forms of self abuse. The solution start with Education:

"..This is the first step and pivotal point to set the foundation for change in our world system, and this process has to be differentiated from any previous attempts to do so with no success, since the intellectualization of humanity only set moral codes for the Belief in Knowledge as a means to progress and better the living conditions in our society; but money was forgotten along the way of such ‘evolution’ that was only available for some, and an intellectual elitism is created from the restricted  access to such education, which has been a constant variable that determines humanity’s well being according to countries/ culture/ race, wherein only the ruling elite or religious authorities get the education they require according to the role and position they would become in society, which perpetuated the hierarchical system we’re existing in, proving that Education as the basic aspect toward creating an Equal society has not been considered at all,  until now…"

…"Education in an Equal Money System has the goal of giving each individual the support to discover their true passion and abilities, achieve a comprehensive understanding of how the world works and how to support life, and develop healthy relationships with themselves, others, and the world while playing an important part in maintaining a system that gives everyone the best Life possible on Earth. And – unlike in the current system – everyone will be Equally included in receiving such Support…"

With Proper Education, Human Consciousness couldn't be manipulated and therefor, the Principles of Equality and That which is best for all would be preserves for Generations to come despite of a Few that would try and attempt to manipulate and deceive to be able to maintain and restore their Power and Control Desires. Thus, Education is the most and foremost Tools that would assist and support on the Individual and Collective level, to Prevent the Problem to reoccur as through Education, one would see, realize and understand one's role within this world as a whole, one's responsibility and in that, see directly what would be the consequences of actions that are based on self interest and therefor, wouldn't accept and allow the abusive outflow to emerge and manifest within the world society as a whole.

In terms of Advertisements and Marketing in an Equal Money Capitalism System -
Remember, the Equal Money Capitalism System is based on Principles:
- Give as you would like to receive
- Do unto another as you would like to be done unto you
- Investigate ALL things and keep that which is good for All.
Within that, Profit will not stand as the Driven Force of our Existent but what will Stand as the Force with the utmost value is LIFE that is best for all. Within that context, the Products and Services that will be Produced and Manufacture are only those that support Life. With effective Distribution System, these Products and Services will be accessible for all. Therefor, the Entire filed of Advertisement and Marketing will cease to exists as Competition and Profit will no longer serve as the Starting point of one's making.

Marketing will take place for instance, when a new product (or service) was produced after a committee of professional assessed, checked and tested all the possible outcomes and outflows that the product and/or service may result with and thus, made sure that the product stands in alignment to the Equality and Best for all Principles. Then, the Product will be Marketed from the starting point of bringing the information to the awareness of the people. The information would include the Specific Detail of what the Product is, who was involved in the manufacture of the product, where can one receive the product and so on.

The Ads will be informative and specific and would include everything one require to know to be able to make informative decision in whether or not one require having the product for oneself as one would see, realize and understand that with every production of every product, some form of harm is caused to the world resources and therefor, if one does not require it, there is no real reason to get it just because one can get it in an EMC. The assessment tools for and as oneself will be part of the Education processes all will have access to and it is again perpetuating the necessity of reforming the Education as the first and foremost solution.

With Eradicating the Profit Driven Marketing Behaviour, the Mental and Physical problems I've mentioned in my previous blogs will dramatically decline and Physical Happiness could be finally achieved by all human on earth.

We will no longer be the Sheep that blindly follow what our eyes sees, what was deliberately been exposed for us to see and accordingly we developed all kinds and types of mental disorders from Imaginations to physical self abuse.  

When one study what is being done onto us through OUR acceptances and allowances, one may stand up and call for a chance internally and externally. I urge you to start your process of REAL education to see, realize and understand what is really being done in this world and how we play a big part within it. it is time to stop the participation with that which do not support LIFE but instead, to stand up and Create the World that is based on Life as a Value that is respected, protected and honoured. That is my friends our responsibility to create as no one will create it for us. it is our responsibility to stand up and change because it was us who gave up our power as Life and gave it away for those who knew how to use what was already here to their self interest benefits. These people are not the one to blame - they are equally responsible. So let's take our responsibility and within that our power back to ourselves and create a world where abuse of power will be no more and Life that is best for all could be practically lived.

Mental Health and the Well Being of Children - Who is Responsible?

 

When I started investigating the Problem in relation to the Well being and Mental Health of the children and adults in relation to Marketing and Advertisement, I found an interesting thing that this current capitalistic System has created and the Players it involved that are either aware or unaware of their involvement however, regardless their awareness, they are part of the problem, like any other person within the capitalistic system which include us - all who can make a difference but won't due to an extensive fear of survival that we have accepted and allowed to be the Status Quo of our Existence.

 

The question that needs to be asked here is Who Supports the Advertiser Elite to Lure and Manipulate children into a Consumer Robots? Unfortunately, those whom we trust the most in the System are those who gave up their Morality for the Power of Money - the Psychologist who are directly and indirectly made the decision to support the Capitalistic System for their own Interest of Survival.

Now I understand that many would object and resist to the above statement but have a look -

There are Companies headed by Trained Child Psychologists that Specialized in Market Research on Children.

Psychologist that are involved with Child Marketing Research. An Evident is the large number of books such as "What Kids Buy and Why: The Psychology of Marketing to Kids (Acuff & Reiher, 1997)", "A Marketer’s Guide to a Kid’s Heart (Del Vecchio, 1997)". The research goes far to the extent of testing which message strategy would most effectively induce children to nag their parents to buy the advertised product (“The old nagging game,” 1998). These Psychologists are very much aware of the Consequences and the Outflows that directly Emerge in one's mind which leads to Mental health disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia and Eating disorders, Anabolic Steroids intake,  Botox Injection, Bullying and etc.

I mean, it is quite obvious that commercial and advertisement companies targeting children, using psychologists to enhance the effectiveness of the Persuasive tools applied and that in itself should be an extreme concerning point that must follow with questioning the entire field of Psychology and the ethics that they use.

But that is not the end of it - the Victims of Advertisements are later on being treated by Psychologist that claims having good intentions and a Desire to cure the Child's Mind but is it really so?  Aren't these Psychologist aware of the core/root/source of the Problem that manifest such extreme Mental behaviour in the first place? Obviously they are but they wouldn't do anything about it because that would mean that they won't have patients to cure any longer and therefor, what will they do for a living? So there is a silent acceptance of the Problem because having the Problem in place, support the survival of the Psychology field as a whole.

So, if both the companies and the Psychologists do not have the children's Mental Health, Physical Health and well-being in mind - who is taking care of our Children in a Profit Driven Capitalistic Society?

Mental Health and the Well Being of Children - why and how?

 

 

 

"Children now account directly for an estimated $36 billion in sales annually in the USA, with their indirect purchasing power accompanied by the so called “nag-factor” (Zelizer, 2002) reaching over $290 billion of economic spending (McNeal, 1992). This is not a coincidence, but a direct result of intense advertising and co existing problems of a consumer society. For example with over 70% of mothers now working more and more, consumer tasks are falling to the children. It is now estimated that by age 10, the average child makes over five trips a week to a shop or shopping center (McNeal 1992). And with over $1 billion being spent every year on child advertising and an additional $10 billion on promotion in the USA alone, these children have more purchasing power than ever."

Thus, children who are exposed to enormous amount of advertising are forced to specific type of Deliberate 'Education' - the American Dream and the Life Style that all would like to have. They then thus, learn the importance of Money from the Self Interest and desire point of view and certainty not the Value of Life as what Money could be used as a tool of what would enhance and perfect the well being of ALL; they will learn what products they require to purchase to be able to stand in alignment to the Life Style they Desire having and within that thus, how these products supposedly would created the experience of 'Feeling Good' and 'Happy' within and as themselves. Young people are exposed from birth on to advertisements implying that their happiness is dependent on how they look, how popular they are and what material goods they have in their Possession.

Theses are the fundamental values that children are currently being exposed to, when and as they birth into this capitalistic system, as we have shown in the previous blog.

 

This obviously comes with Consequences:

 

 

Parent–Child Conflict

An important side effect of the influence of advertising on children’s desire for products is the parent–child conflict that emerges when refusals occur in response to children’s purchase-influence attempts (Robertson, 1979). Parents obviously cannot honor all purchase requests triggered by television advertising, given the volume of commercials that the average child sees. In one study, Atkin (1975) found that more than half of children reported arguing or becoming angry when a toy request was denied; in another (Atkin, 1978), he observed high rates of child disappointment and anger in response to the majority of parent refusals for cereal requests at the supermarket. Other studies confirm these patterns (Goldberg & Gorn, 1978; Sheikh & Moleski, 1977). In sum, the frequent purchase requests associated with children’s advertising exposure may place strain on parent–child interaction.

 

Materialistic Attitudes

Although each ad may have as its primary purpose the promotion of sales of its featured product, the cumulative impact from the totality of advertising seen by children may exert far broader sociological influence. For example, scholars have advanced the hypothesis that advertising cultivates a materialistic value system in young people. In this context, materialism can be defined as the view that products and their acquisition are the basis for determining one’s personal worth. As Baran, Mok, Land, and Kang (1989) expressed it, people develop the mind-set that “you are what you buy.” Material possessions become the source of judgment by others as well as the source of one’s own self-evaluation.

Extreme Materialism among children was found to be one of the causes for more Depression and Anxiety, dissatisfaction, anger and isolation. (Kasser T. The High Price of Materialism. Cambridge, MA: MIT Press, 2002;

Eckersley R. Well and Good: Morality, Meaning and Happiness. 2nd edn. Melbourne: Text Publishing, 2005.).

 

Commonsensically, in a society where Money become a scarce commodity as more and more people loses their jobs while Marketing and Advertisements of new Products are increasing, it is inevitable that people would experience the Desire for MORE however, wouldn't be able to get that More which would lead to Depression and frustration.

It is also clear that not all could experience the Life Style that is advertised in the various types and kinds of Media that would lead to Jealousy and all the dimensions that comes up with Jealousy such as Anxiety, Self Judgement, dissatisfaction and so Furth.

 

Furthermore, with the Photoshoped Manipulation in Marketing and advertisement, many would go through the Experience of Eating disorder due to Comparing themselves to the Picture they see in Ads to the Picture they see  in their minds and accordingly, some would go through to path of Extreme of Bulimia and Anorexia.

 

In terms of Children/parents relationship - the advertisers are aware of the harm the ads cause and even wrote a book about it - The old nagging game, 1998. With the deliberate creation of dysfunctional relationship already from a young age of the child and with no support for the parents in how to deal with the development and evolution of consumerism in a capitalistic society - the parents are forced to a life of constant conflict and friction with their children that would deny them from being the Gentle and yet Directive Force in their Child's Life, in being able to fulfil their responsibility as parents in supporting the children to be and become the upmost potential within their Natural Development processes, that they could have become within an Equal and best for all world system.

 

There are Research available that describes in specificity the Problems involved with our current capitalistic society and the consequences that are busy escalating, generation after generation.

We cannot wait until it is too late because under our noses, our children are the victims of our ignorance. While ignorance is Bliss is a quick delusional solution, it will follow, and already is following with detrimental consequences that would lead us to a point of no return.

I can Die tomorrow, get hit by a bus - Day 318

A momentary brake from the line of blogs I'm currently walking in relation to Education and Capitalism since a point opened up for me last night that I would like to share.

 

I was watching Grey's Anatomy, the end of season 5 (if you haven't watch it and are planning to watch it, be aware that there is a spoiler here) - George was facing a moment in his life where he felt alone within himself, as if he doesn't belong anywhere - not with his family, not with his friends and he started showing signs of depression.

A patient of his, a solider in the Iraq war, experienced pain in his leg and although the leg was perfectly healthy, the patient asked the doctor to cut off his leg so that he could return to Iraq with a prostatic leg. The doctor, that didn't want to cut off a perfectly healthy leg asked him why he wish to do so and the patient explained to her that in Iraq, with his solider friends, is the only place in the world he felt belong. George heard him and thus decided to enlist to the Army the very next day.

 

When George's friends heard about it, they all freaked out and decided to intervene and try to stop George from going through with his decision. There was one Doctor, that wasn't George's friend, which said that it is awesome that he is going to the war because her brother came back from the war in a coffin because there where not enough doctors to save his life.

 

At the same time, there was another story of a man who jumped in front of a bus to save another woman's life. This man was extremely injured and just before he died, he was able to find a way to tell Grey that it was George.

 

So - the Problems that I found within this episode:

 

In no point, the validity of having the War in Iraq was mentioned or discussed and it seems that the war was taken for granted by all. The idea that young man and woman who goes to "serve their country" in wars was perpetuated and defined as patriotic as if someone is a Hero for scarifying their lives for the well being of the American people. Even when the Solider expressed his self interest of going to the war because it is the only place he feels belong was not looked at as there is nothing heroic in going to the war to make friends, but an act of stupidity really. An act of stupidity that is validated by the country instead of providing the necessary assistance and support for people who believes and perceives themselves to be lonely while the fact of the matter is  that the Experience of not feeling belong is a self created experience within and as one's mind due to the extent of separation we accepted and allowed ourselves to exists as and the lack of understanding of the relationship between the Mind and the Physical which would make one go and make choices that do not support oneself or this world as a whole.

 

What is more concerning is that these types of Episodes in TV series are actually an Hidden advertisement for the Army, to encourage and influence humans to go and fight in wars, and specifically those who believe that they have nothing to lose because after all, they may find friends in the war, not seeing, realizing and understanding the consequences and the outflows wars manifests through our collective blinded acceptances and allowances and within that, how we are directly responsible through our own participation and our support of wars.

 

BUT then, there is the primary point where the Hidden promotion and advertisement for the Army enrolling take place and that is by debunking the Experience of Fear of Death in War by perpetuating the saying 'I can die tomorrow, get hit by a bus' because after all, George didn't die in the Iraq war as a Hero, he died as a Hero by saving another life when he threw him self on a bus to save another woman's life. The point of getting hit by a bus is to perpetuate the fact that people can die in any moment from unexpected and sudden death to transmit the message that, going into war is a rational decision because one can die in any moment. However, while getting hit by a bus or dying from unexpected and/or sudden death cannot be compared to a deliberate decision to join the army, to fight in a war zone where the chances of being killed are enormous. Thus, this episode was a deliberate advertisement to call people to enrol to war by giving them 'Rational' point of view when looking at such decision even though, there is nothing rational about it and especially, if one consider the origin and reason for war to take place from the get go.

 

So the solution -

EDUCATE yourself and understand the REAL reason for wars in this world. I suggest starting with the book: 'Confession of the Economic Hit man' and continue with the Documentary 'War on Democracy'.

I, as an Ex Israeli Solider, feel SHAME that I haven't considered and investigated the points before I was forced by my country to serve in the army. In fact, I was excited to go to the army but really, not because I felt that I must protect my country but because I heard so many stories about people that found their partner in the army and made such a good friends in the army and I wanted to experience these experiences myself. Only later, while being in the army and having to face my fear of death when I was sent to a war zones to do some irrelevant job, that I started questioning my reasoning of going to the army and yet, it took me another 12 years to really question why in the name of god war exists, why kids are forced to serve in the army and who benefit from wars. I can honestly say that the reason why Israel is still at war with its neighbours was not understood by me when I was 18 years old and no one told me or mentioned the real reason for it. in fact, the harm and abuse that exists within the Israeli/Arab relationship is something that most Israeli nor Arabs are truly aware of. That is still kept in secret because if people would know the truth, not many will agree to go to the army which would cause a major economic collapse for those in power and control in this world.

 

With regards to one's experience of not feeling belong or alone, I suggest to start your process of bringing all the pieces of yourself together, to realize that alone cannot even be possible in this physical reality but only through the separation of the mind that cannot compute Equality and Oneness with everything that exists.

Then another suggestion is - when you watch TV series - check yourself, investigate your reactions, see what activates within and as yourself, how it changes you mood, how it effect your decision making, how it support your imagination and fantasies, what ideas and opinion it perpetuate within yourself that in common sense and reasoning thinking, does not support the Principle of that which is best for all Lives.

 

Understand the brainwashing and the hidden advertisement that exists within the Media to discover the real and ugly truth - we do not have really a free choice as our decisions and choices where implanted in side our minds through the Media channels as this is the way for those in power and control to sustain the status quo of a world that is best for only a few while we are being the servants and the slaves without being aware of it in any way whatsoever.

 

The reward in doing so - for myself, when I watch TV series and I notice reactions that are coming up from within me, I would stop and investigate the nature of these reactions as I've seen, realized and understood that these reactions are controlling and enslaving me to my own mind through my own acceptance and allowances. Today's Media is designed and structured to make the audience so limited in the way they view and experience Life and through this limitation, we gave our power away and thus, automatically and blindly accepted the world as it is without ever investigating  how this world really works and functions and thus stand up, to end the atrocities, abuse and suffering that exists within this world.
