Creating and Living in a supportive environment (part 2) - Day 506

Continuing from where I left off in my previous blog: Creating and Living in a supportive environment (part 1) - Day 505

"Creation is a process that will take time though, the potential exists for everyone. " in this blog, I will open up the point of this 'potential' and how can we stand by this potential when it comes to creating and living in a supportive environment.

To be able to create and live in a supportive environment, we first have to clearly define what supportive environment is or to be more specific, we need to define the word 'Support'. When I work with words, I like exploring the sound of the word and see what lie behind it. Here for instance, with the word 'Support', I found something very interesting:

Support = Sup(p)-Or-T. Have a look:
Sup: To provide
Or: Or (choice)
T: Choice, Junction
-----

Support = a decision that one is making in any given moment with regards to whether or not one would Provide/Give something to oneself or another. Now that the definition to the word Support is clear, the question is - how the word 'Support' is applied as an expression of ourselves within the principle of 'what is best for all'? Meaning, how the decision that we make in any given moment as an expression of ourselves  is practically applied within the context of deciding the direction that we would give to ourselves when it comes to providing/giving support to ourselves or another.

Here, 2 more principles must be considered:
1. Give as you would like to receive
2. Do onto another that which you would do onto you.

Obviously, when we look at these principle, what is important to understand and apply is the very basic living principle - Self Honesty. To understand the difference between Honesty and Self-Honesty please read the blog - The Correction Process and The Desteni Message (Part 8) - Day 205

So how Giving/Sharing/providing Support to another, combined with Self Honesty and the principle of Give as you would like to receive, do onto another that which you would do onto you come together as a living application/expression of oneself in one's creation of supportive environment?

It is to firstly realize that for me to grow and expand myself in this reality, I cannot accept and allow myself to be directed by my own mind but rather be stable and in each breath and look directly and the physical reality and direct myself accordingly. Obviously, this is a process that is to be lived and a lot of self support and support of another is needed for me/us to live this to our potential. This was a decision that I have made in how I want to create myself for/as myself - and for more context, please read - The Desteni of Living - My Declaration of Principle - Day 474

With this starting point and the potential that exists within ourselves (Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 1) - Day 475) to change and become a living expression of Self-Honesty, Give as you would like to receive and do onto another that which you would do onto you, I see how these principles stand as an absolute necessity if we really want to create a change in this world in developing environments that are based on integrity, respect and harmony. Within this, the responsibility is firstly on ourselves, to support ourselves to become the potential that we can become through which we can then expand ourselves and assist and support our environment to become the potential that exist in any single one of us.

True, creating these types of supportive environment is easier if you already an environment with people who share your vision but even if you don't, the potential still exists because it exists in you and what you will create with yourself and support others to create for themselves. How?

If you live in an environment with people who are yet to be aware of their minds and our collective responsibility of creating a change in this world that is worth while, all you have to do is to firstly support yourself to change through which slowly but surely you will be standing as an example for your environment. From here, you will start seeing and assessing the nature of the support you will share with others in your environment until eventually they will stand as their own support which later they could potentially expand and stand as your pillar of support as well. What I mean by support here - the same support I would accept myself to give to myself, I will share with others in my environment. Therefore, I will very slowly, and with a lot of patience, start bringing these people into my reality in for example, when I see them participate in their mind and I walked a similar point, I will share with them my own process - what I realized for myself in relation to the point that they are facing, how I supported myself to change this point within myself and so forth.

Why it is so important to be patient when you develop and create a supportive environment for yourself?
When I first started my process, I kind of isolated myself from everyone in my environment - I believed they cannot understand me, that we cannot have a common ground to walk from and essentially, I destroyed every single relationship that I had at that time. Years later, when I realized that it was never about them; that supportive relationships cannot just manifest and if anything; that it was always about me and what I will accept and allow and what I will not, I started building, developing and creating new relationships with my old environment to a point of us being able to communicate effectively, support one another and be there for one another. This is something that is still in progress and will take a lot of time - it is a process of creation and creation takes time to be developed and how we make the best out of it is dependent solely on us - in what we accept and allow for ourselves, our environment and this world.

If you haven't already, I suggest reading through my blog series - The Desteni Message as that would give you a better context as to what I was looking at when writing this blog.

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 5) - Day 479

Bob DoucetteIn this blog post, I will continue sharing the story of how and why I had realized that everyone has a potential including myself and how this realization assisted me in changing the course of my life where I am able to walk as a living principle to my utmost potential. Thus, for the context, please read through the previous blog posts:

" So, if anything, the potential was and is already 'here' - I have the potential to change myself, I have the potential to forgive myself, I have the potential to fine tune my living application.

In my next blog post, I will share how I am assisting and supporting myself to change from seeing points as an absolute to realizing the potential and the process/direction that I have to walk to develop and perfect the potentials that I am able to see in myself."

Since I started my process, what was evident is the potential to change whereas, I am not bound to what I previously 'believed' or 'felt' or been 'emotional' about, I am not bound to continue my relationship with others as how I conditioned myself to live by over the years - I am able to take responsibility for what is going on inside myself and accordingly change my relationship to my outer world through firstly apply self forgiveness in self honesty and thereafter change my living application as how I have decided to live by.

Within this blog, I will share how I have changed (and still busy changing) my relationship to friendship-relationships and within that, how I am assisting and supporting myself to align my relationship with my friends to a relationship that is worthwhile.

When any relationship starts, mostly I find that there is a 'lovey dovey' time period whether it is relationship with a male or relationship with new friends. Initially, we would portray ourselves in specific ways, only sharing and revealing the 'good' parts of ourselves while the 'bad' parts remain hidden. Although, as time pass by, past patterns start playing a role  and the relationship is no longer 'lovey dovey' as frictions and conflicts are becoming more evident. In the past, when the friendship-relationship shifted from the 'positive' to the 'negative' I would start isolating myself from the relationship and slowly remove myself completely from the equation. I would then repeat the same cycle with either new friends or with old friends that I haven't spoken with for years.

Over the years, I became more conservative when it comes to starting a friendship-relationship with another human being - on some levels, I knew that I would end up in the same place I always had so it was like "why even bother" type of thing. From there, I isolated myself more and more to a point where I disengaged from any social circle as I didn't want the responsibility that comes with allowing someone in my life (the self-responsibility of turning any slight reaction that was triggered by another, to myself, and investigate who I am in relation to the reaction and accordingly change myself). Obviously, from having so many people in my life to having none, I didn't feel lacking - if anything, I felt 'good' because I had zero frictions in my life that I had to sort out - I could give myself 100% attention without having to justify anything to anyone. In other words, I could remain enslaved to my own mind without having external triggers that would support me to see who I am as the mind and how I can align my living application accordingly.

I used to defined these frictions/reactions triggered by another being as a hassle but today I see these reactions as gifts, as a potential to change because how the hell would I see the misalignment inside myself if the reactions would have remained suppressed/hidden?

So, with my process of isolating myself from my external reality, every now and then I would bring someone into my life, for just a moment - I call this game 'energy fix' because that was exactly what it was - I would start a relationship with a person and very fast I moved myself through the 'drama' part of the relationship. Unconsciously I was preparing my way to end the relationship so that I could go back to my cave (comfort zone) and ignore the outer reality and within that justify to myself "but I tried - it is not me - it is them".

A year an a half ago, I was faced with a life changing decision where I could either go out there to the world and continue my isolated life or to remain where I was at that time. Initially, I decided to leave and explore the world of isolation again but fortunately there was a glimpse of a moment (I remember this moment very vividly) where I looked around and saw the people in my reality, I looked at them, at who they are and in that moment I saw the potential that exists with my decision to stay - I was ready to gift myself the opportunity to connect with other people again - for the first time in my life I saw the potential of who I am able to become within developing relationships with people that are actually worth while. Relationships that are based on support to one another where we assist each other to grow and expand ourselves. Relationships were I am able to develop self-intimacy with myself and with others on a communication level; relationships where it is clear to all participants that when a friction/conflict comes up, we do not ignore, we do not judge - we assist and support each other to see the misalignment and do the necessary correction within ourselves and our relationships.

Obviously the road ahead wasn't always easy and still isn't easy from time to time. There were many moments where I went into the old pattern of wanting to isolate myself to not having to deal with people. There was one person who introduced me to what a potential actually mean, not as an absolute point but as a point of self-development. They looked at me and told me something in those lines: "there is a gift waiting for you in the relationship. You wouldn't have dealt with your inner reactions without that person triggering these reactions from inside you. So for a moment, sit tight and walk your process - sort out yourself and soon enough the relationship will sort itself out as you change yourself and your relationship to the other being".

And this person was right and I am grateful for taking their advice - I worked and still working on my relationship with people and slowly developing a level of intimacy within each friendship-relationship that I am walking with another. What I also took from this moment was seeing the gift/potential in any single reaction that I have towards anything or anyone - the opportunity to really have a deep look inside myself until I find the misalignments that I am able to change which from there I continue walking until the next misalignment present itself.

I do not allow myself to go into the pattern of isolation and I am now busy integrating the correction within the relationship with other people in my life whereas, when a friction/conflict comes up - I do not run away from it, I will check myself, I will sort out myself and I will communicate the point with the other to find a resolution that is supporting for us. Thus, in practicality, seeing the potential in myself in relation to other people isn't something that can be clearly define before it manifest - it is something that I can indefinably see that if I allow myself to develop and perfect the relationship with myself and another, we will empower, expand and grow ourselves to become our utmost potential.

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 4) - Day 478

Robert+McGinnis+1926+-++American+Panter+and+Illustrator+-+Tutt'Art+(37)In this blog post, I will continue sharing the story of how and why I had realized that everyone has a potential including myself and how this realization assisted me in changing the course of my life where I am able to walk as a living principle to my utmost potential. Thus, for the context, please read through the previous blog posts:

The Desteni of Living - My Declaration of Principle - Day 474

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 1) - Day 475

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 2) - Day 476

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 3) - Day 477

As I am writing this blog series, I am seeing how much of my life I had missed just because I could not allow myself to realize that I have a potential and accordingly embrace myself and walk to my utmost potential. I hope that this blog series will reach as many people as possible  so that through my story, you are able to support yourself to see  and realize that you already have a potential which you are able to embrace as who you are and accordingly support yourself to live your utmost potential; the bottom line is - everyone already has a potential that they are able to live as/by.

In the last couple of days, I was questioning why it was so difficult for me to realize and embrace my potential; why, despite of the physical results/feedback or the physical play-outs, I refused to acknowledge this points that was always existing inside me, as me. I was questioning why throughout my entire life I didn't accept myself or allowed myself to worthy myself as who I am but instead consistently desired to be something that I am not instead of perfecting what I am naturally good at.

---

I wrote the above about a week ago and as I was writing, points of resistances came up so I had to take a moment and investigate what's really going on. I was coming back to this blog every day, writing and deleting, writing and deleting - something wasn't aligned. I kept on looking at the points and questioning myself, my application, my living expression and I couldn't see what wasn't aligned. Shame, I really wanted to believed that I already realized my utmost potential and that I am living this potential already but in self honesty, I could see that I was not - there was something that I was still missing.

Tonight, I was determine to find the point that I was missing the entire time - it was a moment where I told myself - enough is enough - time to face this point. So I came back to this blog and I saw what I was writing and suddenly the point reveal itself - I found the misalignment:

I have defined 'potential' as an absolute point, as a future projection, as something that is not yet 'here'; as something that I will only reach if I 'know' who I am in every single moment in time where I no longer participate in the mind. This is a pattern of self diminishment - it is the source of the resistance that I experienced a few days ago while writing the blog - I was measuring who I am now to whom I can become as an absolute point in the future (this I will be expanding and clarify in another blog ).  So, if anything, the potential was and is already 'here' - I have the potential to change myself, I have the potential to forgive myself, I have the potential to fine tune my living application.

In my next blog post, I will share how I am assisting and supporting myself to change from seeing points as an absolute to realizing the potential and the process/direction that I have to walk to develop and perfect the potentials that I am able to see in myself.

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 3) - Day 477

Lionel TalaroIn this blog post, I will continue sharing the story of how and why I had realized that everyone has a potential including myself and how this realization assisted me in changing the course of my life where I am able to walk as a living principle to my utmost potential. Thus, for the context, please read through the previous blog posts:

The Desteni of Living - My Declaration of Principle - Day 474

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 1) - Day 475

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 2) - Day 476

So, for many years I didn't allow myself to give myself all that I've got - to do something that is worthwhile where I see something that I want and can be good at and just go for it because what I was holding on to was the fear of failure, of disappointing myself and others.

This is also why in terms of career - it was a struggle because on the one hand, I had a desire to be able to provide for myself and my family but on the other hand, the fear of failure and the disbelief in myself restrained me from walking a path to my utmost potential. Therefore, I only went for the jobs that there was no strings attached, no contract, no commitment, where I could walk away  the moment the shit hit the fan without having to look back. Obviously, in the world that we live today, it can only last for so long and eventually, I reached the point where I had one of 2 options - to either find a job that will generate a substantial income or go back to live with my parents. Going back to live with my parents was not really an option for me and I forced myself to just go and get a job.

So even then and there - I didn't want to commit to anything in particular, I didn't want to climb up the chain for success, I wanted to do something that I won't feel restrained or limited, I wanted to have a boss who will not ask me to work over time, I wanted to work in an environment of mind like people and most importantly, I wanted to find a job that will allow me to continue carrying all my responsibilities that I started creating for myself within the Desteni group.

I must say, I was lucky because I knew exactly who I wanted to work for - Remember the first 'real' job I had in the world system, the telemarketer for an insurance company? Well, fortunately, a week before I quit that job, a new boss came along and he could see my potential even though I couldn't see it at all. Since that day that he saw me, he didn't gave up on me and he tried to get me to work for him again. For years I didn't want to listen to him but at the same time, I allowed him in my life because there was something genuine about him.

When I made the decision to go out there to the business world again, he was the first person that came up in my mind and the day after I contacted him, I was already working for him as if all these years he's been waiting for me. He knew how to hock me into his business - he knew that for me to be happy (which is how I can utilize the potential he saw in me to make money for him), he must respect my private life, he must respect my time, he must be OK with me not seeing the business as my higher priority, he knew that I must feel 'free' to set my own terms and conditions, my own hours and essentially, my own salary.

I didn't really know what I am walking into, I didn't know what my job actually be, I just knew I must work there for a year before I move to the South Africa. At this point in time, I didn't see me yet, I didn't realize my potential yet but I knew that he saw something in me and I knew I must walk this point.

Will continue in my next post

Realizing and living my utmost potential (Part 1) - Day 475

Blue Nude, c.1902 PosterAs part of the declaration of the principle I commit myself to live by, I will walk a blog series where I would take each principle and share an example of how I am assisting and supporting myself to realize and / or change myself in standing as the living principles as a living expression of myself:

The first living principle is: Realizing and living my utmost potential

Within this , the fundamental point that I had to realize is that each and everyone of us HAS a potential - a potential that we can develop and perfect within ourselves; a potential that we can become as a living expression of ourselves if we allow ourselves to realize and accept our true and unique pre-existed potential.

It took me a life time to realize that I have a potential and only afterwards I could assist and support myself (as I still am) to live as my utmost potential. Understand that without realizing that we each have a potential, we cannot live our utmost potential and therefore, the reason why the first principle is written with first the word 'Realizing' and then the word 'Living' is very specific - it is because one must first realize that one already have a potential and thereafter, one is able to live one's potential as a living principle, a living expression of oneself.

So I will first share with you an example of where in my life I 'lost' my potential or to be more specific, where in my life I gave up on myself and in that, gave up on the possibility to live as my utmost potential - from there, I will show how I have assisted and supported myself (and still do) to change the construct that I have created inside myself and to therefore, live to my utmost potential as a living principle, a living expression.

There is ONE profound memory that activated my path of self destruction where I no longer felt worthy in my eyes' view and thus thought and believed that I could not have extraordinary life; that I will not be anything that is worthwhile and from that moment onwards, I submitted to the survival mode, doing the bare minimum so I won't be disappointed from myself and/or disappoint others.

Throughout my first 9 school years, I was one of the kids who always been at the top of the class. I didn't have to study hard or make any special effort, everything was easy for me; overall, I enjoyed studying, I enjoyed school and I had no particular issues with homework. When I started high school, the school decided to place me in the best class with other top students from other schools without asking me nor my parents what I think about the allocation and/or whether I have any objection to the move. This is where the problem started because all of a sudden, with no mental preparation, I was the all of a sudden failing - I was no longer at the top of the class, I was very much at the bottom - I struggled with homework; I struggled following the pace of the teacher; I didn't get good marks and I couldn't cope with the new situation. Obviously, there was no one to explain me why am I experiencing myself as a failure and so, I took it personally and believed that I was not so smart as how I believed myself to be.

By the time I reached the 11th grade, I already lost myself and as a consequential outflow of not being able to cope with the failure, I gave up on myself and felt that I was disappointing my parents, my teachers; I felt that I was the black sheep of the family; that I have no potential for successful future. Obviously, this was never shared with anyone and there was so much that my parents could support me with when they noticed that I started changing from happy human being to a sad and depressed human being though, the change was slight as I became really good at suppressing and hiding that which I felt inside.

The experience in high school created long term consequences in my life - I did NOT want to place myself in a school environment and experience that which I have experienced in high school. However, not going to university was not even an option within my family cultural design and therefore, I had to push myself and do the university pre-qualification exams - for that, I studied 3 months in a private institute - it was horrible because I came with a starting point of being a failure, especially because I took these test a few years before and did terribly bad. With that starting point in mind, I was only able to get an average mark. The mark basically shut the door for lots of possibilities that I could have had if I didn't pave my way to failure through believing that I was a failure; and with not wanting to feel pressured again with studies, I pushed away my dreams of becoming a big shoot in the world system as I believed I don't have what it takes to make it anyway.

Eventually, with great pressure from my family, I went to study in a private university where the entry mark do not really play a part but the amount of money one pay per year. At the beginning of the first semester, I wanted to give up and quit because I felt pressured and feared failing the exams; there was an older man who studied with me and he told me that all I need to do is pass the test and enjoy the students life - that he will take my hand and guide me through the next 4 years and show me how to pass the exams with not so much effort. He explained to me that having a degree will open doors for me and not so much the marks that I will get. Fortunately, university was much easier than I expected once the pressure to succeed was off. However, deep inside, I still felt like a failure.

It was only a decay later that I could see my potential - will continue with the story in my next blog post.

Recreating our Potential (Part 2) - Day 450

This blog is a continuation to:  Trying to be someone we are not  - Day 448 and Recreating our Potential - Day 449.

In the previous blog, we had a look at how the desire to be someone that we are not, lead to physical consequences for instance, within the example of me straining my body, trying to superimpose my abilities to the Yoga Teacher abilities without considering the Physical body and the path I had to walk to constructively support the body.

From here, another dimension opened up which I will explain in this blog post:

What I found within the example that I shared was that I could only desire having the yoga teacher's physical abilities once I started practicing yoga myself which is when I could see the potential within myself. So I realized that when we want to be someone or something that we are not yet standing as, the desire is coming up because we can already see a spark of potential within ourselves standing as the point however, what we tend to miss is the practical 'How-To' support ourselves to stand as a specific point as an equal and one living expression of ourselves.

In other words, if I look at my own life, I never wanted/desired to be a gymnastic or opera singer because practically, I didn't see that I had the potential skills to stand as these points after I tested these expression in my early years. Same with for instance, I never had the desire to be an engineer or a pilot like my father and brother because practically, I didn't see the potential of me being extremely good in standing as either of these points. With Yoga, I could see the potential and from seeing the potential, the desire emerged.

What I am showing here is that the desire of being someone/something that we are not indicate a potential we see within ourselves which is a pretty cool point to become aware of however, if we don't see the potential within ourselves to stand as a specific point as an expression of ourselves, the desire will not be our directive principle.

That leads to the next point that I wanted to discuss here - when we want to express ourselves as a specific point, as we see the potential within ourselves to stand stable and effective as who we are, it is extremely important to first look at our starting point and clearly define the starting point within ourselves. If we don't do that, we would blindly follow our desires and would compromise ourselves and/or out environment but if we are clear and stable within our starting point wherein our starting point is aligned with the principle of that which is best for all life, we could be effective human being that utilize our true potential for the betterment of us all.

For example, let's say that we see our potential to stand as a leader in this world - if there is any slight of desire to stand in the position for example, due to the perceived idea of all the benefits and rewards that we would receive as leaders, we won't stand as a supportive and constructive leaders as an expression of ourselves and accordingly, our leadership skills would be contaminated with our self interest. However, if our potential is genuine and our starting point is within the principle of that which is best for all life, than we must realize that we are working with a potential and to nurture a potential, we must walk a specific path, develop ourselves and our leadership skills till we stand as a leader as a natural expression of ourselves.

Within that context, mimicking another leader's expression would manifest consequences such as for instance, people would resist us and/or ignore us because they could sense that there is no substance within our expression and therefore, they would not trust us. However, if we slowly but surely first walk with ourselves, become self leaders as a proven application of ourselves, than we could expand our skills we have built within ourselves and stand as an example that is trustworthy.

That is in essence the realization that we must create our potential within a solid, trustworthy, genuine stance within ourselves, when/as we recognize a potential to stand as a specific point within ourselves and/or within the world system. A potential would remain only a potential unless we recreate ourselves as such through making a commitment to stand absolute in how we walk the path to develop our potential and transform it to a skill as an expression of ourselves.

Trying to be someone we are not - Day 448

Sometimes we look up to someone who is standing in a position of Authority and we would like to stand as this point ourselves. We would like to be this person ourselves. For most parts, it would come from a starting point of a desire to either be recognized or accepted by others but sometimes, it would be coming from a starting point of seeing one's true potential to stand within a particular point of authority.

Here, within the context of 'Potential' and 'Authority', it is imperative to define the word 'Authority' because the common use of the word 'Authority' is normally associated with Superiority and Control however, Authority, as a Living Expression of the word is when for instance one had Mastered a specific skill within oneself and therefore is now able to stand stable within a specific position and support others within/as a principle of that which is best for all Life.

For one to master and stand as a specific skill, one would walk a physical process and within that test one's skill in real time to ensure that what ever one faces, one is stable within and as oneself wherein one first establish Self-Authority within and as oneself in relationship to the skill that one is busy mastering within oneself. Slowly but surely, as one accumulate physical moments where one applied one's skill in real time, one would start standing as a point of Authority and thus be able to assist and support others in the same way that one had walk one's own process of mastering a skill within and as oneself.

Due to how the current system is built and structured, wherein Authority is a symbolism of Power and Fame, many would like to create themselves as someone who has Authority, without realizing what Authority as a living expression of oneself is; how Self-Authority is created; what is the responsibility of standing as an Authority; What is the Physical Process that is involved in mastering a specific skill; Now, when one is directing oneself from the starting  point of desire and does not consider all of these points, one would try to mimic the expression of others who are standing in a point of authority without actually Mastering the skills for/as themselves as a point of self-authority.

Often one would find that one is actually creating the exact opposite reality than what one had wished for, whereas, one would be rejected/ignored by others within one's attempt to support them because when the expression of oneself is not real, from the perspective of standing as something/someone that self hasn't yet established Self-Authority within and as oneself, others would pick it up as 'fake' if you will and may resist to one's presentation of 'Authority'.

Will share tangible examples within my next blog.

The difference between Reaction and Response - Day 438

I was doing shopping on the supermarket today and it was quite busy in there. The man behind me ran over my foot with his trolley and as I felt the pain, a surge of anger possessed me, as a reaction within myself. I snapped at the guy and yelled at him.

When I investigated the moment of Anger that came up with the pain, I realize that I missed a breath and allowed my preprogram design to kick in and within that, I acted out of reaction instead of a response.

Moving from a reaction to a response is a point I'm currently working on in terms of correcting my preprogram design of reaction and instead taking a moment to see the points clearly and with clarity, directing the point to its upmost potential. Directing the point to its fullest potential is what I define as 'response' in terms of seeing that there is a problem and only direct within stability, after looking at all the points and seeing the best path to walk that would eventually lead to the best for all outcome.

So for instance within the example of someone running over me with his trolley in the supermarket - Obviously, snapping at him and reacting to the pain that I've experienced within myself is not acceptable. What would be beneficial in these situations is - firstly, take a moment and stabilize my human physical body. Here, one must take a breath and realize that the pain won't go away just because we reacted and yelled at the person; actually, the opposite will probably manifest - the snapping point is the Adrenalin that is produced from the source of the pain and with yelling at another, we actually perpetuating the adrenalin and making the pain worse.

The fascinating thing is that when a sharp pain is manifesting, making a specific sound within stabilizing the body may be supportive though it would be a constant sound, like ' hammmm' sound that is coming from our beingness as a decision we made within ourselves to support ourselves to stabilize the body.

Anyway, the second step is to assess the environment - In the example that I shared, I snapped at the guy for not considering his physical environment BUT - it was actually me who didn't consider my physical environment. The moment he ran over me, was the moment I saw LJ and Maite and I stopped for a moment to talk to them. I saw them coming towards me and I knew that I would stop for a moment and yet, I didn't let the guy behind me be aware of what I was aware that is going to happened. Meaning, I could have directed my environment by either signal LJ and Maite to move to the left so that we won't stop in the middle of the place where lots of traffic is taking place; or - I could let the guy behind me know that I'm going to stop for a moment and that he need to bypass me.

But let's say that LJ and Maite would not be around - in the case most likely that if the guy would have to run over me with his trolley, it would be because the guy was somewhere in his mind and didn't notice that I'm right in front of him - instead of yelling at him after the event, I could have talk to him and show him what is the consequences of being so much in the mind without considering the physical reality and if I would to do that, it would be a response rather than a reaction that would not support neither myself or the other being to actually learn from one's mistake and apply the correction in one's living application.

This is a very simple example of the difference between Reaction and Response. As time goes by, I will share more examples so that we can all learn from each other reactions and start moving to response to effectively direct ourselves and our environment in ways that would empower ourselves and others instead of diminishing ourselves and others.

Thanks

Seeing the Potential we can become - Day 407

Bernard had this ability to see the potential in others, to guide and support us to see ourselves, the real self; he assisted us to see our strengths, develop/empower our natural skills and to overcome the limitations we have defined as ourselves so that we could really grow and establish our self standing  within the principle of that which is best for all life.

Bernard stood as a temporary stability point for us all and in standing as our stability point he gave us the opportunity to investigate, explore and see who we are and what we have become, what we accepted and allowed and what we will no longer accept within ourselves and this world, how can we perfect ourselves, how can we change ourselves to stand as living examples, as a principle, of that which is best for all life.

When he died, I could no longer lean on Bernard as a stability point; I have to stand as a stability point. I could no longer wait till he expose a point within myself that I haven't dealt with; I have to expose me to myself and walk through the point. I could no longer be dependent on him as a point of trust; I must become a living trust. I could no longer depend on him to support me and others; I must stand as self-support and thus supporting others.

When he died, the stability point he stood as for me that I created within myself - died with him and in that moment, I shifted into instability within and as myself. To understand though, that I am by no means saying that ‘he stood as stability FOR me’, no. For those who have met Bernard, when you’re with him – it’s like he could with/through his words, open up inside you a part of you, you haven’t realized yourself/seen yourself as a potential that you can be/become. I hadn’t realized before he died how I had, within myself, believed that ‘it was Bernard and Bernard only keeping me stable’ – when, all the while, it was in fact a point already existent within me, a potential already existent within me. Then I realized - the stability that I had seen within Bernard and also experienced within myself when with him - stood as a potential; the stability I experienced when Bernard was around is the stability I can stand as, for and as myself - it is what I can become through an accumulation of moment by moment where I direct and support myself to face that which I have separated myself from, correct, align, change - which is actually what Bernard always said: 1+1+1+1 moment by moment by moment by moment, till I stand.

He said to me once: there will be a moment where a window would open and you will be able to see and make a decision; Make sure that the decision is that which add +1 to the equality equation and that which would result with an outcome that is best for all. The window that had opened up with Bernard's death is showing the potential. The potential of what I can become as a stable and aware human being in any given moment. Bernard temporarily stood as that stability and showed me, that I can stand in stability and in awareness in every breath and thus I commit myself to assist and support myself to accumulate moments of awareness and stability until I stand in any given moment as a living principle, a living example and to then thus give to others that which Bernard gave to me - the opportunity to realize the potential we can become.

Fear of Disappointing others - Day 189

The Psychology of TIME - Day 190

For the purpose of context, suggest reading these posts above prior to reading the post below, if you haven’t already. Here I will be walking the 'I don't have TIME' Character - Fear Dimension - Practical support with Self Forgiveness and Self Commitments.

The List below consists of the Fears which are the foundation of the 'I don't have Time' Character.

Fear Dimension:

* Fear that I'll disappoint other people if I won't take more tasks on myself

* Fear that I would be defined as unworthy because I'm not using my time to

it's utmost potential.

* Fear that I won't get things done and would regret it when consequences

would emerged so basically, fear of the consequences.

* Fear that I would be seen as not good enough, replaceable, inadequate

* Fear of being exposed as self dishonest because I know, that if I put my self

interest desires aside, I'm able to walk my tasks in absolute perfection.

* Fear of Missing out the Positive as Entertainment

----

* Fear that I won't get things done and would regret it when consequences

would emerged so basically, fear of the consequences.

Within this fear - it is not the consequences per se that I fear, it is how other would perceive me, how they would judge me when the work isn't done in time. Thus, it is to see here, how the mind work and how I've manipulated myself to believe that I cared about the consequences when I'm not having a work done wherein the fact of the matter is, all I cared about was how others would perceive/see me if/when the work is not done by it's due date.

Within this obviously - how I've abdicated my responsibility in walking for and as myself, within and as the principle of that which is best for all in everything that I do, as who I am wherein, if I would have walked a point for myself, from the starting point of seeing directly how and why this point will benefit everyone, I would care about the outcome and within that, see how I can perfect, align and correct the point so that the outcome will be the best of my REAL abilities without giving value to how others would perceive me, in walking in absolute self trust, breath by breath.

Thus, the blog today wouldn't be directly regarding to the Fear dimension as the point of how others perceive me in relation to my work was dealt with on Fear of Disappointing others - Day 189 blog post. Within this blog than, I would walk the point of self manipulation and abdication of Self Responsibility when walking a point/work/task from a starting point of being appreciated rather than walking from and as SELF starting point where self see, understand and realize why self is doing what self does from and as the principle of that which is best for all.

This is part of the Consequences Dimension actually but since the point is already here, I might as well walk it. :-)

Self Forgiveness:

I forgive myself that I've NOT accepted and allowed myself to see that Regret is always based on deception/self dishonesty because Regret indicate that I knew what needed to be done and yet, I've accepted and allowed my self interest desire to take complete control and become my directive principle. I see, realize and understand that whenever I look back in Regret, I'm manipulating myself into thinking that I am a good for even experiencing regret instead of looking back from the starting point of seeing what I've accepted and allowed myself to stand as, be and become and how I'm practically going to align/change and correct myself within the principle of that which is best for all within the self realization that what was done was done and I cannot change the past but I can stop manifesting the same consequences that I've previously accepted and allowed myself to deliberately create.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to manipulate myself in thinking and believing that I'm effective within what I do because my task/work is always done and I haven't considered that the task/work that is done, was done in absolute separation as my starting point wasn't having the work/task done in absolute perfection to the best of my abilities within and as Who I am as the directive principle, breath by breath but rather, having other people pleased with the work/task being done while trusting me that I've done it to the best of my ability while inside me, I know when I haven't. Within that, I forgive myself that I've NOT accepted and allowed myself to stand in absolute self honesty and walking a task/work to my utmost potential and within that, cross referencing myself, check and test if the outcome is in alignment to that which is best for all and accordingly, when and as require, align, correct, adjust and in that, being satisfied with myself and as myself, that I've walked the point/task/work in its totality wherein WHO I am is a direct reflection of what I've done.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to NOT consider the consequences when and as I'm walking a point/task/work within the starting point of pleasing others and worrying about what they would think about me wherein, the outcome would not be as effective as when I would have walked a point/task/work when the starting point is Clear within and as myself, where I see directly what needs to be done within the principle of what is best for all and walk it, breath by breath till I'm satisfied from the application as who I am.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to manipulate myself within the belief that I would regret not having a task/work done and within that, made myself feeling better as a person for actually caring about the work being done while all along, what was my self interest was to be validated/worthy/value myself through the eyes of others.

Self Commitments:

I commit myself to STOP manipulating myself within stating that I could have done something better, I could have made other decisions within the experience of Regret because I now see, realize and understand that in self honesty, I must name the game I was playing with myself instead of trying to make it look better within myself by creating the experience of Regret. In this, I commit myself to - when and as an experience of Regret comes up, to immediately STOP, Breath and see the specificity of what I've accepted and allowed myself to participate with thus far and from there - assess, investigate, test and check, how to align myself within and as the principle of that which is best for all and through that, stop manifesting deliberate consequences and stand within and as self honesty as who I am, in every single breath.

I commit myself to assist and support myself in aligning my starting point within everything that I do through self introspection and in that, to perfect, empower and grow myself as who I am in what I do so that, in every breath, I walk to my best of my abilities, in self honesty, for and as Myself as I see, for myself, what needs to be done, how it needs to be done, what are the steps I must walk to perfect myself and accordingly, apply my realizations in a practical, constructive way to my utmost potential.
