A process to Self Respect and Integrity - Day 366

Walking the process of Self Respect requires me to go back in time and identify the moment that I've made the decision to disrespect myself. Obviously, it is not an easy task because I made sure to suppress that decision so deep down because otherwise, how could I remain consistent with the lack of self integrity and self respect.

What is clear to me now is that to be able to walk in self respect, I cannot trust my mind even in moments where it seems so convincing to follow the thoughts/imaginations/emotions/feelings that comes up. I have followed my mind so many times and in each time, the illusion reality as future projection never met the physical reality and in this, never actually benefited me in anyway whatsoever.

What is interesting was the moment when I realized that I fell into the very same pattern was the moment where I promised myself that I will not follow this path again and instantaneously, in a quantum moment, the same pattern emerged only now, it was different sceneries, different people or in other words, different characters. When I investigated the point, I saw that the same had happened throughout my life wherein in one moment I let go of one point, and so suddenly and unexpectedly, a new point emerged, in a quantum time although it is not a 'new' point per say, it just presented itself as a new point while all along, it was just the same ole pattern repeating itself.

I see now the mechanics of how the pattern that I was working with was never released unconditionally but instead, mutated itself in a disguised so that it would be difficult to identify and once I've seen that I'm busy generating the energy that this pattern consists of, I decided to stop and write and to for once and for all, accept and allow myself to walk myself to self respect by letting this pattern go unconditionally, a pattern that I've lived as, so long as I can remember myself.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to disrespect myself by accepting and allowing myself to follow my mind and in this, the thoughts, emotions and feelings that I programmed in my flesh throughout my life. In this, I forgive myself that I've NOT accepted and allowed myself to realize that I was the one who decided to give power to these thoughts, emotions and feelings that I've programmed within myself and within that, also installed the program to "forget" that I was the one who have programmed myself in disrespect or integrity but in this, I now see, realize and understand that I also created myself a door to walk through and step out of this self created cycle through standing up in clarity, self trust, self honesty, respect and integrity.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to disrespect myself by following the repeating thoughts, emotions and feelings that I've placed inside myself and in this, I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to believe my own self programmed thoughts, emotions and feelings even though the physical reality contradicted and invalidated any of the thoughts, emotions and feelings that came up from within me without my directive will.

I forgive myself that I've NOT accepted and allowed myself to STOP the very moment a thought comes up, a thought that I already knows where it would lead me and who I would become once I decide to follow the thought. In this, I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to loop again and again based on one single thought that comes up in cycles of times. However within this, I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to judge myself for following the thought that can only lead to a destructive patterns, after I've seen the consequences of following the thought and within that, I have not accepted and allowed myself to correct the pattern because I was busy judging myself for falling, not realizing that in the very moment I accepted and allowed the judgement, was the moment where I've upgraded my own self programming and so, created a new form of thought as justification and excuses for why it is valid to access the pattern again. Thus, I forgive myself for NOT accepting and allowing myself to humble myself in moments I realize that I have fallen which from there I am able to stand up, investigate and correct myself instead of judging myself and in the judgement, quantumly upgrade the programming to snick in again without my direct awareness.

I thus Commit myself to identify the thoughts that had led me to destructive repetitive patterns and accordingly, when and as a thought comes up, I stop, I laugh about it and move on while breathing myself out of the pattern. In this, I commit myself to NOT accept and allow myself to judge myself when the pattern emerge but to instead, change my starting point, align myself, learn and correct myself. I see, realize and understand that it took me decays to program patterns so perfectly within and as myself and therefore, removing patterns requires the same consistent it took me to program patterns from the get go and thus, all I must do is stick to my decision of respecting myself, develop my integrity by stopping my participation with destructive patterns that do not support myself.

I commit myself to NOT accept and allow myself to upgrade the pattern but to instead remove the pattern through consistent application of Stopping participation and returning to physical breathing. I now see, realize and understand the extent of repetitive patterns that are layered within me and so I see now how I was the one who directly accepted and allowed my own creation of repetitive patterns as integral part of my self definition and so, I make the commitment to assist and support myself no matter how long it will take till I stop the participation with repetitive patterns that do not support me or others.

Investigate all things and keep that which is Best for all - Day 342

Continuing with the Question Who is Responsible for our Children's Education?

Another point that opened up while writing my previous blog is Critical Reasoning. To me, it seems that critical reasoning is almost non existent in this world and it is defiantly not something that is applied on our daily application.

Critical Reasoning/Thinking is the power to Question the information we have been exposed to and accordingly assess the authentically of the information, its alignments and validity within the Principle of That which is best for all or in other words: Investigate all things and keep that which is Best for all.

As children, we learn to accept/submit to our parents and as we grow older, we would either continue accepting/submitting to the Parental Authority or we would Reject it however, in both cases, we most likely wouldn't be able to explain in details our Decision processes in terms of the information that was available for us and our considerations when making a decision. Most likely that we would make irrational decision that is based on our Experiences, Emotions and Feelings rather than a practical common sense Decision that is based on the Principle of Investigate all things and keep that which is Best for all, which is anything but an irrational decision.

*Note, for Parental Authority/Control, I suggest reading through the blogs:

Rejection as Parental Control? - Day 335

Rejections as Parental Authority - Day 336

Where did my Child learn to Behave like that? - Day 338

Are we Aware of our Behavioural Development? - Day 339

As we grow up, we continue with our inherited pattern of Submitting/Rejection without our direct awareness - it has already become an absolute pattern we have accepted as ourselves, a pattern that we live as and by. We might change our frame of reference as our emotional/feeling body had absorb more memories and experiences however, in no way is our decision going to be based on reasoning thinking within the starting point of investigate all things and keep that which is best for all.

So then, we finish high school and start our lives in the world system with the same pattern of submitting or rejecting; here we would be more incline into submitting to the system as our survival depends on it. after all, we made sure we could maintain our pattern when we created the world system in the image and likeness of ourselves isn't it?

So - within it all, we were never actually taught/shown how to develop a critical reasoning. I mean, we might have been accepted and allowed the education system to brainwash us into believing that we are using our mind/brain to question and investigate new information but is it in fact so? Meaning, even when we apply critical reasoning, we do so within the frame of reference we have within ourselves which is again our memories, emotions and feelings that are based on our cultural/family design that we have accepted as ourselves and when we accepted it, we didn't investigated what is it that we are accepting did we?

Thus, Critical reasoning as the Power to Investigate all things and keep that which is Best for all implies that we must step out of our preprogram design and look at the greater picture and in that, all the relationships that are involved within any decision we would possibly make - who can be affected, what would be the possible outcomes, what are the risks, what are the benefits, is there any other options that are valid and aligned with the principle of what is best for all and if so than how? What can we adjust the point to stand within the Principle of Equality and that which is best for all?

If we start applying this method, changing ourselves and this world to a living experience that is best for all wouldn't be such a difficult task. The challenge however is to get ourselves to the point of absolute self honesty in terms of actually seeing the points above and take everything into consideration without our self interest as the directive principle but rather 'What is Best for All' as the directive Principle. That is not as easy as I would have liked it to be but it is possible and if you read through the hundreds of Journeys to Live writers, you would see that a change is possible if one dare and will oneself to change.

So to bring everything together - within the previous blog, I've shared my perspective about Psychology Experiments where I stated that according to my eye's view, psychological experiments are done without understanding the relationships of the Mind are dangerous since consequential outflows are not being considered in terms of a potential harm the experiment may have on the participants on a Quantum mind/Physical level. Now, when one is watching a documentary such as The Angry Eye: Jane Elliot, the immediate reaction would be of respect towards the experiment as it is showing a solution for a consequential world system such as Racism. Our emotions and feelings such as guilt, shame, anger is triggered when watching these types of documentaries and this is why, we would not question its validity in terms of the affect it has on the participants and the long term consequences it may lead them to. Furthermore, we would not question the source of the problem that created Racism in the first place but rather, accept racism as a status quo within our society and we would justify its existence with the saying: "the human nature cannot be changed" but as I've mentioned before, the journeys to Life writers prove that the human nature CAN change when one is making the directing decision to change through the principle of Investigate all things and keep that which is Best for all.

Where did my Child learn to Behave like that? - Day 338

1290-parenting-perfecting-the-human-race-part-1Continuing with the Question Who is Responsible for our Children's Education?

If you haven't already, I suggest reading through the previous blogs:

The Santa Claus Conspiracy - Can a Child Trust their Parents? - Day 334

Rejection as Parental Control? - Day 335

Rejections as Parental Authority - Day 336

In relation to the blog post: Rejections as Parental Authority - Day 336 - a few points to clarify as indicated in the following feedback I received from a friend who is a mother to a 2 years old boy:

"Maya I'm thinking constantly of the point of saying no to your child, and I felt quite bad, many times, when I had to say no. and I also think that a no without any explanation is wrong, but at a certain age the child does not understand what you are talking about and it seems to be better for parent and child if the little one just accepts the word NO. with 2 years my son is still not able to understand why he should not do something, like hitting the cat or dog. or throwing things at them, just cause it seems fun. and we never taught him to do so, he is not watching TV at all - seems like he is just trying things out. so I stopped explaining to him and simply tell him to stop/NO. if he doesn't stop I remove him from the place and put him into his room, at this point he is crying like hell. after a while he stops and comes out of the room. and this can happen again and again. it's really hard sometimes. I also respect his NO, I don't force him to drink or eat something if he says no.

you see, there is a point when you as a parent can make things even more worse with the explaining. the clear word NO and the action afterwards showing the child "this is not OK" by removing it from the place is in this kind of situation better. but that is my experience right now. I hope he will start to understand explanations soon, because LOL, I desperately want to explain him the world."

First of all, I'm grateful for this comment as it allowed me to realize that I've not walked this point effectively in showing the problem and  solutions that can be applied.

Secondly and more importantly, Please do not judge or feel guilty when reading these blogs because remember, while almost everything in this world requires a licence, parenting doesn't and non of us were ever prepared to walk such responsibility to the best of our ability. So here, I suggest to transform the inner judgement or guilt or feeling bad to a window of opportunity to look at things in different ways and accordingly, investigate and explore these points for oneself. Then, if the point isn't clear, let's discuss it again until we find the ultimate solutions that all of us can applied with ourselves and with our children.

Within this blog, I would specifically look at the question: where such behaviour, as was described by the mother above, are coming from and specifically when the TV isn't part in one's behaviour development since without TV, it would give us a clearer seeing of the 'time line' or the 'causes and affects', 'actions and responses' to see, realize and understand not only our children's behaviours but ourselves as well.

And before I start, let me emphasize again how crucial it is for every parent to invest in the Interview Series: Parenting - Perfecting the Human Race to be able to grasp the Quantum Mechanics involved within the Child Natural Learning Abilities from age 0-7.

So let's start - Let's take an example of a child that was never exposed at home to the Media, is only 2 years old and yet, picked up Behavioural components such as throwing stuff on pets or hitting them.

The child does not understand the difference between Playfulness and Harmfulness and in away, is innocence within their expression. There is no grudge or spite involves; there is no direct intention to do harm onto another and the child also does not have the words/vocabulary to understand the meaning of: "do not harm another".

So from where did the child pick up these behaviours that in time turned to be an harmful behaviours towards another? Let's have a look at the pattern of throwing stuff on pets. Now, let's place ourselves in the shoes of a 2 years old child and trace back our first impression where something was flying in the air towards us? What was that? It could be for example a little ball that a huge person, which later you were taught it was our parent, was throwing towards us and it hit our belly because we didn't know that we were supposed to catch the ball with our hands? And this huge person who kept on throwing the ball towards us was so happy in their expression that we have interpreted that experience into a simple equation: Throwing an object towards another = playful experience.

So from a child perspective, throwing stuff on the pet is a playful experience according to the data base of memories the child stored within and as themselves. From the child perspective, the pet's response would be equal to the parent response if we were to throw a ball towards the parent - enjoyable and playful response/expression.

So now we have a problem because we have shown our children, by example, that throwing stuff on/towards another is a playful and enjoyable experience and we haven't taken into consideration the outflows and consequences that this may lead to.

Thus, what do we know - we know how we created the problem and now we can start looking at solutions for that specific instance when a child throwing an object towards a pet.

Firstly, we start with our own self forgiveness because the tendency is to go now into blame, shame and judgement in realizing what we have done thus, let's take it out of the way before we move on to the next point.

Secondly, when or as we see our child throwing objects towards another being, whether it is a human, an animal or a toy, we first take a breath, make sure we are physically here, that we are stable, that there is no energetic movement within ourselves only we then we explain the child that throwing an object on the pet may harm it and that this behaviour is not acceptable. When we speak these words, we remain stable. If for instance, the child continue with their behaviour, we can divert their attention with another game/toy they could play with and if they didn't move to the next point, we divert them again towards the next point but our starting point is to make sure that no harm is done towards another being.

At some stage, the child would understand the difference between playfulness and harmfulness and until the point is here, we remain stable and consistently apply common sense in explaining the child what are the consequences of a harmful behaviour. Obviously, there would be cases when the child is completely possessed and won't stop crying when we remove the pet from their direct seeing, when we apply the attention diversion technic. If that occur, we remain stable and become affirm within our standing, within our voice tonality because we have develop absolute trust within ourselves and the principles we stand for and as which within that, what we would accept and allow and what you would not is clear to us. In this, slowly but surely, as the child grows, our communication would develop and become effective as we start walking with the child, in awareness. Remember, it is a process and it will take time, patience and practice until we establish our effectiveness as a parent.

Let's continue this discussion with more examples and solution in the next blog.
