Parents are the KEY - Jamie Oliver Food Revolution Review - Day 382

This is a continuation to the blog Series review about Jamie Oliver's TV series - Food Revolution.

Thus, if you haven't already, I suggest watching Jamie Oliver's TV series - Food Revolution and read through the blog series where the question: Who is Responsible for our Children's Education? is asked.

 

Within this blog I will be focusing on the second problem that I've identify when watching the Food Revolution series - Ignorance of Parents with regarding the Nutrition Value of the food their children eat.

 

Not so surprising, Jamie Oliver encounter great resistance when presenting his food revolution. There is a very simple explanation for the resistance - FEAR. Fear to find out that we are actually accountable for the decisions we make and to the consequences to follow these decisions however, being aware of the problem and the consequences normally lead one to great emotions of Guilt which instead of facing what one have accepted and allowed and from there, moving to the correction process, one is possessing oneself with a future projection of guilt and therefore, one would prefer to ignore/deny the problem instead of facing, correcting and make a change. It is actually quiet interesting - we all know deep down who we have become, what we accept and allow and what we would not and despite of knowing that we have made some bad decisions, we would rather continue making these same decisions over and over again but in no way would be willing to admit that we have made some wrong decisions because then we would feel guilty about it. we also know that change isn't as easy as we would like it to be and we will have to work hard for a change to manifest and if there is anything we don't like doing is working hard, be persistent and devoted to make a change - we would rather avoid it now and face the consequences later; only later sometimes is too far gone that the only thing that one would face is one's own death.

 

Ok, back to the point - When Jamie was looking for ways to raise the awareness and receive support for his plan of making the citizens of the town healthier, he decided that he must group the parents together as they are the force that would make things happen if only they understand what they are really allowing their children to eat while being in the supervision of school. He gathered the parents in the school yard and it turns out that the parents were extremely ignorant about the nutrition value of the food their children are eating and so, Jamie showed them and made it presented in such a way that the parents could visually see for them the extent of the problem. So the parents jumped in and decided to support Jamie with his mission and accordingly, Jamie got the school permission to continue his revolutionary plans in the school.

 

As I've mentioned in many blogs before, there is no doubt that parenting doesn't comes with a training manual to assist the parent to be an effective trainer for their children however, from my perspective, parents can no longer play the ignorant card. If you have a child and you want the best for your child then invest your time in doing research! Investigate all things and allow your child only that which is good for them.

 

I mean seriously, didn't you know that eating junk food for breakfast and lunch isn't good for your child's body? Did you really needed Jamie to show you what your children are eating at school? When your child came home and you asked him what did they eat at school for breakfast and they told you they ate Pizza, no alarm went on inside of you? I'm sure it has and yet, you didn't do anything about it because you felt so powerless right?

So parents, realize that you are in fact powerless as an individual but you are very powerful when you gather in a group and you can make a change if you work together. From the smallest to the greater - if we all gather together and stand up for a change that is best for all in this entire world, we will become a powerful group that can make things happen. Look at Bolivia as an example - the minority started to slowly but surely gather together until they were big and powerful enough to make a change on a political level. We must stop resist our fears but rather face them and move on to the correction process so that our children and the generation to come would in fact have the basic foundation to grow from.

 

So if you as a parent understand the problem and can see the solution that we present within the Equal Money System, wouldn't you join the movement to ensure your child health, success, opportunity and dignity in their life? Remember to investigate all things because ignorance is no longer a bliss, it comes with consequences and your children will be the one who would face the consequences that follow your bad decisions. Stop that now, stand up, research, investigate and make a change.

In my previous blogs, I was walking through the major problems in having Children as a Target for Advertisement and Marketing of 'Goods' and the Consequences that may emerge, individually and collectively if we accept and allow the continuation of such phenomena within a Profit Driven Capitalistic System as it designed and structured nowadays.

Within this Blog, I will present the Solutions to the Problems after we identified the Source/Core/Root cause of the Problem which is Greed and Desire for Money and thus Control.

Solution:

We have a Conumerised Robots that would automatically and blindly follow the Ads that we are exposed to. Some of us have the Money to pay for such luxuries but the majority of us, can only dream of having the ability of participating in such luxuries and Leisure and within that, develop serious mental disorders such as extensive Imagination that may lead one to extreme forms of self abuse. The solution start with Education:

"..This is the first step and pivotal point to set the foundation for change in our world system, and this process has to be differentiated from any previous attempts to do so with no success, since the intellectualization of humanity only set moral codes for the Belief in Knowledge as a means to progress and better the living conditions in our society; but money was forgotten along the way of such ‘evolution’ that was only available for some, and an intellectual elitism is created from the restricted  access to such education, which has been a constant variable that determines humanity’s well being according to countries/ culture/ race, wherein only the ruling elite or religious authorities get the education they require according to the role and position they would become in society, which perpetuated the hierarchical system we’re existing in, proving that Education as the basic aspect toward creating an Equal society has not been considered at all,  until now…"

With Proper Education, Human Consciousness couldn't be manipulated and therefor, the Principles of Equality and That which is best for all would be preserves for Generations to come despite of a Few that would try and attempt to manipulate and deceive to be able to maintain and restore their Power and Control Desires. Thus, Education is the most and foremost Tools that would assist and support on the Individual and Collective level, to Prevent the Problem to reoccur as through Education, one would see, realize and understand one's role within this world as a whole, one's responsibility and in that, see directly what would be the consequences of actions that are based on self interest and therefor, wouldn't accept and allow the abusive outflow to emerge and manifest within the world society as a whole.

In terms of Advertisements and Marketing in an Equal Money Capitalism System -

Remember, the Equal Money Capitalism System is based on Principles:

- Give as you would like to receive

- Do unto another as you would like to be done unto you

- Investigate ALL things and keep that which is good for All.

Within that, Profit will not stand as the Driven Force of our Existent but what will Stand as the Force with the utmost value is LIFE that is best for all. Within that context, the Products and Services that will be Produced and Manufacture are only those that support Life. With effective Distribution System, these Products and Services will be accessible for all. Therefor, the Entire filed of Advertisement and Marketing will cease to exists as Competition and Profit will no longer serve as the Starting point of one's making.

Marketing will take place for instance, when a new product (or service) was produced after a committee of professional assessed, checked and tested all the possible outcomes and outflows that the product and/or service may result with and thus, made sure that the product stands in alignment to the Equality and Best for all Principles. Then, the Product will be Marketed from the starting point of bringing the information to the awareness of the people. The information would include the Specific Detail of what the Product is, who was involved in the manufacture of the product, where can one receive the product and so on.

The Ads will be informative and specific and would include everything one require to know to be able to make informative decision in whether or not one require having the product for oneself as one would see, realize and understand that with every production of every product, some form of harm is caused to the world resources and therefor, if one does not require it, there is no real reason to get it just because one can get it in an EMC. The assessment tools for and as oneself will be part of the Education processes all will have access to and it is again perpetuating the necessity of reforming the Education as the first and foremost solution.

Rewards:

With Eradicating the Profit Driven Marketing Behaviour, the Mental and Physical problems I've mentioned in my previous blogs will dramatically decline and Physical Happiness could be finally achieved by all human on earth.

We will no longer be the Sheep that blindly follow what our eyes sees, what was deliberately been exposed for us to see and accordingly we developed all kinds and types of mental disorders from Imaginations to physical self abuse.  

When one study what is being done onto us through OUR acceptances and allowances, one may stand up and call for a chance internally and externally. I urge you to start your process of REAL education to see, realize and understand what is really being done in this world and how we play a big part within it. it is time to stop the participation with that which do not support LIFE but instead, to stand up and Create the World that is based on Life as a Value that is respected, protected and honoured. That is my friends our responsibility to create as no one will create it for us. it is our responsibility to stand up and change because it was us who gave up our power as Life and gave it away for those who knew how to use what was already here to their self interest benefits. These people are not the one to blame - they are equally responsible. So let's take our responsibility and within that our power back to ourselves and create a world where abuse of power will be no more and Life that is best for all could be practically lived.

Problem No.3.1

Mental Health and the Well Being of Children - Who is Responsible?

 

When I started investigating the Problem in relation to the Well being and Mental Health of the children and adults in relation to Marketing and Advertisement, I found an interesting thing that this current capitalistic System has created and the Players it involved that are either aware or unaware of their involvement however, regardless their awareness, they are part of the problem, like any other person within the capitalistic system which include us - all who can make a difference but won't due to an extensive fear of survival that we have accepted and allowed to be the Status Quo of our Existence.

 

The question that needs to be asked here is Who Supports the Advertiser Elite to Lure and Manipulate children into a Consumer Robots? Unfortunately, those whom we trust the most in the System are those who gave up their Morality for the Power of Money - the Psychologist who are directly and indirectly made the decision to support the Capitalistic System for their own Interest of Survival.

Now I understand that many would object and resist to the above statement but have a look -

There are Companies headed by Trained Child Psychologists that Specialized in Market Research on Children.

Psychologist that are involved with Child Marketing Research. An Evident is the large number of books such as "What Kids Buy and Why: The Psychology of Marketing to Kids (Acuff & Reiher, 1997)", "A Marketer’s Guide to a Kid’s Heart (Del Vecchio, 1997)". The research goes far to the extent of testing which message strategy would most effectively induce children to nag their parents to buy the advertised product (“The old nagging game,” 1998). These Psychologists are very much aware of the Consequences and the Outflows that directly Emerge in one's mind which leads to Mental health disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia and Eating disorders, Anabolic Steroids intake,  Botox Injection, Bullying and etc.

I mean, it is quite obvious that commercial and advertisement companies targeting children, using psychologists to enhance the effectiveness of the Persuasive tools applied and that in itself should be an extreme concerning point that must follow with questioning the entire field of Psychology and the ethics that they use.

But that is not the end of it - the Victims of Advertisements are later on being treated by Psychologist that claims having good intentions and a Desire to cure the Child's Mind but is it really so?  Aren't these Psychologist aware of the core/root/source of the Problem that manifest such extreme Mental behaviour in the first place? Obviously they are but they wouldn't do anything about it because that would mean that they won't have patients to cure any longer and therefor, what will they do for a living? So there is a silent acceptance of the Problem because having the Problem in place, support the survival of the Psychology field as a whole.

So, if both the companies and the Psychologists do not have the children's Mental Health, Physical Health and well-being in mind - who is taking care of our Children in a Profit Driven Capitalistic Society?

Mental Health and the Well Being of Children - why and how?

 

 

"Children now account directly for an estimated $36 billion in sales annually in the USA, with their indirect purchasing power accompanied by the so called “nag-factor” (Zelizer, 2002) reaching over $290 billion of economic spending (McNeal, 1992). This is not a coincidence, but a direct result of intense advertising and co existing problems of a consumer society. For example with over 70% of mothers now working more and more, consumer tasks are falling to the children. It is now estimated that by age 10, the average child makes over five trips a week to a shop or shopping center (McNeal 1992). And with over $1 billion being spent every year on child advertising and an additional $10 billion on promotion in the USA alone, these children have more purchasing power than ever."

Thus, children who are exposed to enormous amount of advertising are forced to specific type of Deliberate 'Education' - the American Dream and the Life Style that all would like to have. They then thus, learn the importance of Money from the Self Interest and desire point of view and certainty not the Value of Life as what Money could be used as a tool of what would enhance and perfect the well being of ALL; they will learn what products they require to purchase to be able to stand in alignment to the Life Style they Desire having and within that thus, how these products supposedly would created the experience of 'Feeling Good' and 'Happy' within and as themselves. Young people are exposed from birth on to advertisements implying that their happiness is dependent on how they look, how popular they are and what material goods they have in their Possession.

Theses are the fundamental values that children are currently being exposed to, when and as they birth into this capitalistic system, as we have shown in the previous blog.

 

This obviously comes with Consequences:

 

Parent–Child Conflict An important side effect of the influence of advertising on children’s desire for products is the parent–child conflict that emerges when refusals occur in response to children’s purchase-influence attempts (Robertson, 1979). Parents obviously cannot honor all purchase requests triggered by television advertising, given the volume of commercials that the average child sees. In one study, Atkin (1975) found that more than half of children reported arguing or becoming angry when a toy request was denied; in another (Atkin, 1978), he observed high rates of child disappointment and anger in response to the majority of parent refusals for cereal requests at the supermarket. Other studies confirm these patterns (Goldberg & Gorn, 1978; Sheikh & Moleski, 1977). In sum, the frequent purchase requests associated with children’s advertising exposure may place strain on parent–child interaction.   Materialistic Attitudes Although each ad may have as its primary purpose the promotion of sales of its featured product, the cumulative impact from the totality of advertising seen by children may exert far broader sociological influence. For example, scholars have advanced the hypothesis that advertising cultivates a materialistic value system in young people. In this context, materialism can be defined as the view that products and their acquisition are the basis for determining one’s personal worth. As Baran, Mok, Land, and Kang (1989) expressed it, people develop the mind-set that “you are what you buy.” Material possessions become the source of judgment by others as well as the source of one’s own self-evaluation.

Extreme Materialism among children was found to be one of the causes for more Depression and Anxiety, dissatisfaction, anger and isolation. (Kasser T. The High Price of Materialism. Cambridge, MA: MIT Press, 2002;

Eckersley R. Well and Good: Morality, Meaning and Happiness. 2nd edn. Melbourne: Text Publishing, 2005.).

 

Commonsensically, in a society where Money become a scarce commodity as more and more people loses their jobs while Marketing and Advertisements of new Products are increasing, it is inevitable that people would experience the Desire for MORE however, wouldn't be able to get that More which would lead to Depression and frustration.

It is also clear that not all could experience the Life Style that is advertised in the various types and kinds of Media that would lead to Jealousy and all the dimensions that comes up with Jealousy such as Anxiety, Self Judgement, dissatisfaction and so Furth.

 

Furthermore, with the Photoshoped Manipulation in Marketing and advertisement, many would go through the Experience of Eating disorder due to Comparing themselves to the Picture they see in Ads to the Picture they see  in their minds and accordingly, some would go through to path of Extreme of Bulimia and Anorexia.

 

In terms of Children/parents relationship - the advertisers are aware of the harm the ads cause and even wrote a book about it - The old nagging game, 1998. With the deliberate creation of dysfunctional relationship already from a young age of the child and with no support for the parents in how to deal with the development and evolution of consumerism in a capitalistic society - the parents are forced to a life of constant conflict and friction with their children that would deny them from being the Gentle and yet Directive Force in their Child's Life, in being able to fulfil their responsibility as parents in supporting the children to be and become the upmost potential within their Natural Development processes, that they could have become within an Equal and best for all world system.

 

There are Research available that describes in specificity the Problems involved with our current capitalistic society and the consequences that are busy escalating, generation after generation.

We cannot wait until it is too late because under our noses, our children are the victims of our ignorance. While ignorance is Bliss is a quick delusional solution, it will follow, and already is following with detrimental consequences that would lead us to a point of no return.

Education within the current Capitalistic System is Designed and Structured in a way that we are to feel ashamed of ourselves and it's a shame that we feel nothing about it, at least feel something that would be enough to motivate ourselves to stand up and change this current corrupted system. But it is also not a huge surprise that we do not feel shame or nothing else about it because after all, this is how we trained and taught to behave, think and feel - to Ignore the Problems and to Maximize our Leisure. (which is a 'Sure Lie' if you look at the word 'Leisure' - the Truth is in Reverse).

 

There are multiple points to Expose and Reveal within the Current Educational System; Points we must become aware of because the tendency is to ignore and suppress and not really care about anything and anyone if it something that is not directly effecting our immediate life. Within this context, it is quite concerning that we define 'Our Life' as our direct environment only, not seeing realizing and understanding how Life is the sum up of all the relationships that exists within this world and thus, Our Life, extend to much more than only what we perceive as our immediate environment as we do not take into consideration all the relationships that are in place for us to live our lives. Education, is the KEY to LIFE; it is a door of opportunity to Enhance our Natural Developed skills as it is the Platform from which one will Develop One's Communication skills, One's Writing and Reading Skills and in Essence, it is that which the entire Foundation of this world is based on as it is us, human beings, that have created this world system in our image and likeness through our acceptance and allowances within our Educational frame of reference that had started already before our enters into the Educational system but much sooner, at the age of 0-7. 

 

 

 

Unfortunately, within the Capitalistic System, Education Transformed and Evolved to a Limited Form of Expression wherein one's Starting point in getting Education is whether or not what one studies, would make one Employable. That means that one would not necessarily invest one's time in Developing and Enhancing the Skills one is Naturally Having within and as oneself, if that which one is really good at will not provide the sufficient Income to Survive in this world. That is ofcourse, if one is lucky enough to be one of those people that are even able to attend school; what most people do not know is that 61,037,369 children in 2011 are not attending school and this Number is only the reported Number and does not Reflect the real global Problem that exists in this world. If one would watch the Documentary 'Education Education - Why Poverty', One would see, realize and understand how in essence, even if one went to a higher level of Education it is not guaranteed that one will get a job that would provide enough for one to step out of Poverty. This Documentary shows how the Universities Lure and Manipulate the Prospect Beings into the Higher level of Education Facilities with Promises for a better Life while the fact of the matter is that in the majority of cases, all it leads to is jobs for a few, while these facilities are Educating a new generation to unemployment and grater despair.

 

Then, if one watch the Documentary 'The Collage Conspiracy', about higher education in the U.S and how it has basically turned into a Profitable business where 2/3 of college students are now graduating with huge debt that would take them a life time to pay back.

In a Profit Driven System such as the Capitalistic System, there are not enough Jobs available for these High level educated beings and if they were lucky and found a job, it is highly unlikely that the Income would be substantial enough to Enjoy themselves within what the world has to offer for those with the Monies to pay for it

 

So within the blogs to come, I will go into detail within all the layers and dimension regarding the World Education System and as I Expose the Ugly truth, I will also present solutions and thus Rewards so that we could through these blogs, Educate ourselves about the World System's Education which from there, we can take a real look within and as ourselves and decide, whether we are going to keep accepting and allowing such a system or whether we will stand up together and create a new system that is based on Value we ourselves are willing to stand for and as - A world that is best for all within the Self Realization that to Live in such a world, one must walk according to the Principles of Give as You would Like to Receive and Love your Neighbour as yourself.

Within this blog, I will show another Pattern based on the Documentary - Stealing Africa - Why Poverty?

 

 

 

 

The Problem:

 

In a world where the Earth's Resources are Privatised, it is no wonder that Inequality Exists. I mean, how stupid we really are considering that Property on the MOON is now being sold to Private people. I mean seriously? What will one does with Property on the Moon? That is quite a concerning point wherein some humans have so much money and have nothing to do with it to the extent of spending their monies on buying Property on the Moon.

Same with Rüschlikon, a village in Switzerland with a very low tax rate and very wealthy residents. It was decided by the Residence to even lower the tax rate to 5% instead of 7% because there was nothing else to do with the tax money. what they haven't consider is where this money is coming from and what can be done within the principle of that which is best for all, before coming to the conclusion that they should lower the tax rate. Most of the Rüschlikon tax rate income is coming from ONE man -  Ivan Glasenberg, the CEO of Glencore, whose copper mines in Zambia. While Rüschlikon residences Enjoy a life of Wealth, about 60% of the Population of Zambia live on less than 2$. The Wealth of Rüschlikon People is on the Expense of the Zambia's people.

 

I strongly suggest that you do you research and watch the Documentary for yourself to understand the extent of the problem.

 

What needs to be Flagged here is not only Humans' Ignorance but also Humans' Cruelty where we accept and allow the Enslavement and Control of those who lives on a Land that is Full with Earth's Resources and yet, they do not have at the very least, a dignified and worthy Life.

 

 

The Solution:

 

The Equal Money Capitalism Principle of Profit Share and Equalize Wages:

 

Profit Share:

WHAT IS PROFIT-SHARE?

Currently profit is the money a company makes after they have covered their costs, including paying out wages. In an EMC - profit comprises of all the added value that is placed on resources - which is your labour. Therefore - within the price, the percentage share must be included of each one that was part of the creation of the product in such a way that each one ends up with an equal share of the company's profits, so - there will be no need for wages - as the profit becomes your wage.

 

Equalizing Wages:

EQUALIZING WAGES – COOPERATION AMONG CORPORATIONS

If a company at any time makes more money than they need to provide each one with their equal share of the profit as well as covering their costs - those monies will go into a fund that is responsible for assisting companies that are not making sufficient to cover their costs and provide each one with their fair share. That way a balancing effect takes place so that all companies are not only cooperatives in how they cooperate internally - but all cooperate with each other as well…." The Reward:

 

At the Individual Level -

Those who are currently face their Reality as a Reality of Daily Fight for Survival, for the first time,  would be able to Enjoy their Life with the End of the Fear and Fight for their Constant survival. Within that obviously, these people would have access to all that Life that is Best for all can Possible provide while maintaining Harmony and Equilibrium. In this, they would be able to Educate themselves, expand, Grow and empower themselves as effective human beings in this world that could contribute their share for the benefit of all.

 

On a Global Level -

personally, I would sleep better with myself at night, knowing that no one in this world has to sleep tonight on the floor or worse with an empty stomach. I would sleep better at night knowing that all the children are safe and would be able to wake up to a world that embrace their very existence rather than forcing them to a life of Misery. For the purpose of context, suggest reading these posts above prior to reading the post below, if you haven’t already. Here I will be walking the 'I don't have TIME' Character -Imagination Dimension - Practical support with Self Forgiveness and Self Commitments.

 

 

Imagination Dimension:

• I fantasize of taking a vacation, lying down on the beach, with nothing else to do but enjoy the sun, swimming in the ocean, going to a restaurant, having a fruit shake - in India or Thailand lol.
• I imagine other people having fun just now, while I'm stuck on the computer, doing my routine work.
• I imagine the life of those who have money and can do what ever they want with their life - having a spa day, going out, enjoying themselves as I used to do myself a few years back.
• I imagine people coming back from work, after a long day, and sitting on the coach with their partner, hanging out, watching a movie, laying back, with nothing really to do.

I imagine other people having fun just now, while I'm stuck on the computer, doing my routine work.

 

Self Forgiveness:

 

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to define my daily Routine as Negative in comparison to 'Having Fun' as the Positive experience without seeing, realizing and understanding that the only way to define the Daily Routine as Negative, I must Compare it to an Idea I have in my mind as what would be a Positive Experience such as for instance, fun entertainment which Both the Negative and the Positive are just a Polarized experiences I've created within and as my mind which then thus, imposed this Idea onto the Physical reality, placing a Veil in front of my Eyes, not seeing the physical reality in fact, as what's Here and what needs to be done to bring about a world that is best for all lives.

 

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to hold onto the idea of what fun is, as a positive past memory experience and then, compare this idea to what I perceived my reality, or my experience in my reality was, not seeing, realizing and understanding that in that moment of comparison where I've compare between to Mind Realities - one as positive that is in my mind as imagination and the other is Negative as my perception of my experience in the physical reality. Within that, I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to ignore and deny the real, actual, Physical reality, as what we have created from this physical reality to its current abusive manifestation because - as long as my focus is in MY perception of reality through bouncing between the positive and the negative experiences within my OWN mind, I cannot SEE directly this physical reality and will keep myself and this entire world enslaved to Experiences as ENERGY without actual practical change within and as myself and without and as this world as a whole.

 

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to NOT see how addictive it is to imagining experiences within my mind and what is the scientific, chemical processes that are involved when participating in one's mind within the imagination domain in particular and THINKING in General whenever one is accessing both the Negative and the Positive Experiences as Energy within and as oneself.

 

I forgive myself that I've NOT accepted and allowed myself to realize the various dimensions that are involved in the imagination domain wherein, through perceiving having a negative experience in my reality, without even considering that this Negative experience is nothing but my own mind, and from there, going into the imagining process of a positive scenarios such as Fun for instance, I'm also allowing myself to further perpetuate the Negative Experience I perceive myself to experience however now, accessing Jealousy towards all the people that are having Fun and through this Jealousy, Generating More Energy for my mind to maintain its existent as Energy and separating myself form the Real Physical Reality, Here.

 

In that - I forgive myself that I've NOT accepted and allowed myself to realize that while I desire to have fun and experience the Positive Energy Experience, Billion of people are dying because I haven't stood up in absolute self honesty and directed myself, in every moment of every breath in doing what ever needs to be done, to End the Suffer and abuse in this world. In that, I forgive myself that I've NOT accepted and allowed myself to REALize how through accessing my mind and bouncing from the Negative to the Positive Experiences, I've abdicated my responsibility in seeing the Physical reality Directly and all the relationships that are involved from the moment of creation to the manifested consequences and accordingly, align and correct that which is here to that which must be here - Physical Equality and Oneness.

 

Self Commitments:

 

I commit myself to get myself HERE, in full self Awareness of myself Equal to and One as this Physical Reality and All the Relationships that are Interconnected and intertwine and in that, figure out what is it that I really Enjoy doing from a physical equality and Oneness point of view, rather as it is currently wherein my Definitions of what is fun is based on Energetic experiences that I've created within and as myself.

 

I commit myself to PROVE and SHOW the Chemical Processes that are involved When and as One is participating in one's mind - Either Positive and Negative Experiences and on that note, I suggest to study the Quantum Mind - Self Awareness, to see, realize and understand how little we actually seeing, realizing and understanding about ourselves, our minds and this existence and a whole BECAUSE - through understanding the Ins and Outs of the Quantum Mind, one would be able to specify one's application through SELF realization of oneself in relationship to one's mind. http://eqafe.com/series/21-quantum-mind-self-awareness

 

I commit myself to Assist and Support myself in stopping the Polarized Energetic bouncing between the Negative to the Positive because I now see, realize and understand that Any Experience, Positive or Negative can only exits as Energy as the Mind and that this Energy, is the Veil I've placed in front of my Physical Eyes to not see Directly this Physical reality and thus, could ignored and deny that which is here so that I won't have to take responsibility and practically Change myself and this world as a whole.
