The Truth about Blind trust - Day 529

In a previous blog, 'Should I trust another?  Day 480', I discussed the difference between 'trust and self-trust:

"...Someone said to me something in those lines:
'You cannot trust anyone but yourself - it is not about whether or not you can trust another - it is about trusting yourself that what you are seeing in your reality is actually what is and accordingly, trusting yourself that according to what you are seeing, you will direction/support yourself and others based on what is best in any given moment'…"

"… So you see, it all has to do with one's responsibility of trusting oneself and it is not about trusting or distrusting another. It is to trust yourself when making any decision; it is to trust yourself that you will stand in absolute stability no matter how the outcome would be because you trusted yourself that you considered and investigated all things before you made a decision; and it is to trust yourself to when/as you see another's application as untrustworthy, you first assess/investigate/check that you are clear within yourself without any slight reaction to another and thereafter, if you are in a position of sharing support with them, do so in self-trust"

So for context - please read 'Should I trust another' blog to understand the difference between Trust and Self Trust. In this blog post, I would like to focus more on the point of 'Blind Trust'.

We all blindly trust our parents as babies. I mean, we don't have much choice do we? We arrive to this world our parents are the ones who take care of us, give us love, attention, warmth and care. Why won't we trust them? So we blindly trust that they know what and how to raise us and we obey their rules without any exception.
Then, we are introduced with our next caretaker - can be the nanny or the nursery/kindergarten teacher - and again we blindly trust that they know what is best for us because that's just how it is.
And we go to school, blindly trust the education system that has its best intentions for us, that it exists to empower us and educate us to be the best that we can be.

I often tell people that being a parent is the most difficult job/career in this world and yet, there is not any 'parenting school' or 'parenting university' where you can perfect your parenting skills. With any other profession, you must have a proper license or a diploma to be able to get a job. Yet, no one actually teach and train parents to be parents and there is again, this blind expectations, that the parent would know what to do with their kids. Yet, we all know it is not the case. Most of us feel overwhelmed and inadequate when our babies come to the world. Most of us feel powerless to direct situations with our children because we just don't know how and there is no one around to consult with.

Then with the education system, it is no longer a secret that the education system does not have any good and pure intentions to teach and train the students to reach their utmost potential. For more context, please watch: The Ultimate History Lesson by John Taylor Gatto. Yet, we all so blindly trust the education system to be for our children the ultimate education provider that we cannot even conceptualize that it is not so.

As we grow older, we blindly trust the world system and our government to consider our needs and well being so we put our vote down and we blindly trust the government to have our best interest in mind yet, we all know it is not so. We all know that the people are the last to be considered but it would first be money, self-interest and maintenance of power that will be considered.

So here are just a few examples of why blind trust is dangerous yet, very common thing to do in the world of today.
In blogs to come we will have a look at how to change blind trust to self-trust and how to always work with the principle: "investigate all thing and keep that which is good" as the first step in discerning information or people to a level of trusting ourselves to make the decisions within the starting point of 'that which is best for all life'

Thank you.

Direct Memory Access and Subliminal Message - day 431

image

“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. ...We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. ...In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons...who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.”

Edward L. Bernays, Propaganda

And within that context, one of the ways the human mind is being controlled is through subliminal Massages that shapes and mould our unconscious decisions. We have become unaware human beings that are driven by our emotional dispositions  following like sheep the path that those who in destructive power to pave for us.

There are many blogs, documentaries, articles, research and etc. that explains the way mind control functions, the problems, the consequences and the reason behind the phenomena however, within this blog post, we will have a look at how to use what is already here in its destructive form and transform it to a tool through which we assist and support ourselves to better ourselves.

Subliminal Messages in a nutshell works on the promise of creating direct memory access through the flashing of an image/word/sound in a specific speed. The information that is being flashed/imprinted, bypass the conscious mind, (which is why we are unaware of it) and create a place holder within our physical body. When the information is imprinted without our directive awareness, the information will play a rule in our decision making when something in our environment triggers the placement that was held in the physical body; This is why for instance, we would so often find ourselves buying a product that we don't actually want/need/desire and we don't really understand what had driven us to make the financial decision we just made.

When one is not aware of such processes as this is happening in a quantum moment, one easily becomes vulnerable to controlled and deliberate manipulation that is being used on a daily basis within our advertisements, promotions and other media channels.

Obviously, in the wrong hands, this is destructive, abusive and harmful however, when the tool of creating direct memory access in awareness is being used, it can be the most supportive tool humanity could ever known.

For instance, such a tool can be used in the education system wherein the students are being supported in creating direct memory access to words and the definitions of the words by flashing the words to the mind into the physical body, creating a place holder for the information to be easily recalled when/as required. In that way, the words that are physically integrated are clear, with a direct meaning and unbiased and therefore, we would be able to see students that can actually developed critical thinking, clear understanding and reasoning thinking, that are not influenced by random events that occur in their environment.

See the point is that the technology to enhance the human beings is already here although it is currently being misused/abused to gain more power and controlled over the uneducated humans. Understand that when I'm saying 'uneducated human' I'm referring mostly to all of us who are the product of 'Education System' that its main purpose is to dumb us down. Here I suggest to study John Taylor Gatto to further understand the processes involved within the Education of the Schooling System.

Realize that the purpose of this blog is to make us all aware that it is useless and counterproductive to continue blaming and judging that which is happening in this world - we must instead investigate and understand what is the source of the problem and to then change the starting point.

Self-knowledge is the only basis of true knowledge - Day 415

This blog opened up for me when I watched the documentaries:

Waiting for Superman - http://vimeo.com/20095459

The Inconvenient Truth Behind Waiting for Superman - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLmXV4-CBOQ

Initially, when I watched the documentary 'Waiting for Superman' I was within myself blaming the US Education system for locking in to the schooling system ineffective teachers . This is done  by law, wherein so long as a teacher taught for 3 years, the teacher is protected by the system regardless of their effectiveness, their willingness to empower students or having effective teaching skills. Within that, the primary point the documentary was glorifying was that the problem isn't for instance poverty or lack of resources, the problem is the quality of the teachers.

What  I momentarily missed when I watched the documentary was the level of the brainwashing the documentary consists of meaning - the examples that were shared created emotional disposition within myself to a point of almost believing that the teachers are to blame. This is how brainwashing works - creating a specific emotional disposition that those who don't have the tools to question what they are exposed to, immediately go into the point of belief that what they were exposed to is the ultimate truth. Unfortunately, none of us were taught to develop these skills to step beyond our emotional states and actually investigate all dimensions/perspective/research to see the source of the actual problem to be able to find the solution that would manifest the best for all results.

Then, the documentary presented a "solution" and the solution was a charter schools where the quality of the teachers is high as well as the level of dedication, motivation and resources. within myself, I was quiet satisfied that the charter school exist in the US as I for a moment, I believed it gives some children a chance to find their true potential in a life of extreme inequality. Looking at myself from an observer eye's view - I was an automated robot that took in the information without investigating what the documentary is all about.  And, it is again another example of how  brainwashing  works wherein I allowed my emotional disposition being the directive principle within a specific moment without questioning the source, the starting point of the documentary.

Fortunately, the next documentary that came up on Google was "The Inconvenient truth Behind waiting for Superman" which assisted and supported me to see how easily I was drawn into blame and frustration instead of literally investigating all things and keep the solution that is best for all. In this documentary, it was shown that stats regarding the charter schools success for instance, can be easily manipulated to show what the mass wants to see while the physical evidence shows different results ; It showed who is behind the 'waiting for superman' documentary and how it was for their benefits. It showed the lack of support the teachers have in being able to empower themselves, enhance their teaching skills and to become the best that they can be within the process of educating the students across America.

I'm not saying that what the ' Inconvenient truth Behind waiting for Superman' documentary is now the truth, what I'm saying is that there are many layers and dimension one must investigate  before coming to the conclusion that something is the truth. I'm using the 'waiting for superman' documentaries to show that we must always investigate and questioning the information we are exposed to and to within that, assist and support ourselves to step out of the emotional mind behavior to be able to effectively process the information and to see the greater pictures within the ocean of information that is available.

Our education system simply does not support the development of effective human beings that has what it takes to be able to question and investigate information but instead, our education system support submissive behavior of the mass through a long process of dumbing us down to maintain and sustain the status-quo as it exists today.

For more context, I suggest listen to GET YOUR KIDS OUT OF PUBLIC SCHOOL NOW!!!! by John Taylor Gatto.

This is why, the solution is 'Self-Knowledge' as in Man know thyself - and within that context, to start developing the skills to questions not only the system but to start with ourselves as this system is just an external manifestation of that which we have accepted and allowed within and as ourselves.

it is about SELF and developing the skills do question the inner self and the outer self meaning - as within so without - we have created this system as our image and likeness and thus, it will be us who can change the system into a system that honor LIFE. as with everything, it start with our own self-introspection, self-investigation, self-questioning and thus self-knowledge to understand our responsibility within it all, to stop blaming everything and everyone and to instead of  focusing on the problems, to focus on the solutions.

Early Childhood Development is a KEY - Day 414

Reading through many of the researches done on Early Childhood Development, it is clear that the secret of effective growth of a child is directly dependent on the Child's first 7 years. It was found for instance in a study by Megan McClelland of Oregon State University and her colleagues, that children who have high level of attention span-persistence (the ability to focus, attend to relevant information, and persist on a task) at age 4, had 48.7% greater odds of completing college at age 25.

clip_image001Research done by Dr. Bartik where he was investigating the relationship between economic development benefits of universal, high-quality preschool education compared to traditional business incentives of the same cost and he have found that for instance each $1 invested in universal preschool education is estimated to increase the:

  • present value of earnings in the state by almost $3
  • present value of earnings in the nation by almost $4

http://www.upjohninst.org/sites/default/files/images/misc/earlychildhoodprograms.pdf

clip_image002Mr. James Heckman, one of the top economists studying human development stated that "investment in the early education of disadvantaged children pays extremely high returns down the road. It improves not only their cognitive abilities but also crucial behavioral traits like sociability, motivation and self-esteem."

There are enormous amount of studies that showed the importance of early childhood development in terms of how educating a child from birth would manifest results that would not only be for the self-growth and self empowerment of the child but also how economically it would benefit the nations as a whole.  So given the ever-growing evidence on the economic benefits of early childhood education and the prevention of future problems within the child's life, one might think that policymakers would do what ever is possible to enhance programs and allocate the funds and yet, it is not the case. In fact, according to the National Institute of Early Education Research, the funding for early childhood programs are declining.

Obviously this doesn't make sense - if specialized economists can prove that investment in early childhood programs would lead to increase of profit/benefits to the nations and if specialized psychologists and psychiatrists proves that early childhood program can prevent and/or decrease future problems in character building, why is it that the funds are not directly allocated to these programs? And why is it that early childhood development is not a priority?

This takes me back to John Taylor Gatto and his extensive research showing the deliberateness in dumbing down our children and within that, what was the motive in doing so and who benefit from it  - within Gatto's words lies the answer as to why early childhood development is not a priority for those who make and execute the decisions from high above.

So, for those of you who are not yet aware the history of the schooling system and the process of dumbing down the children and thus humanity as a whole, I suggest listen to the greatest history lesson and to also read the book Dumbing Us Down: The Hidden Curriculum of Compulsory ‎Schooling.

Realize the extent of the problem and how this influence our lives as a whole as only through understanding the problem, we can see the solution. Unfortunately, the solution will not come from those in the current sits - the solution can only come from us, the dumb, the mass, through a correction of our own education that was infused and integrated within and as us through years of corruption. It is our responsibility to educate ourselves and thereafter our children within the understanding that the first 7 years of their life will determine who they are for the rest of their life. In this, we can not wait until it is too late - we must act now, we must educate ourselves now, we must take responsibility now.
